Seriously awesome guys at this place. Mark was honest and helpful from start to finish. We happened to be looking for a couch and a reclining chair and figured we would just take a look and not buy on the spot. The selection of couches was quite large. Tons of single couches and sectional ones as well. This place is a buy as is off the floor and is discounted as well. It’s already assembled when it gets to your door. We decided to get a sectional…A MASSIVE one…I guess I didn’t measure right Oooops. I love it though. The guys delivering were so professional, polite and worked fast. Actually it was Mark delivering so he and his partner schedule deliveries after hours (7-8 pm) which is great. You know when to expect them and no 5 hr window for delivery times. Great experience all around with the new Premium Furniture Outlet OC! They have a GREAT selection of sectionals at very reasonable prices. If I told you what I paid for my new living room piece you would not believe me ($899)! The staff (well, the two of them) were great and very easy to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and if I'm ever in the market again for new furniture I will search here first. I like that you don't have to wait for delivery, what they have in stock and on the floor is the exact piece that comes home with you. They have a flat rate delivery fee no matter if you buy 1 thing or a house full of furniture. ...
