I have been renting with Audio Rent KC since 2018 and you will be hard pressed to find a better place to grab equipment in Kansas City! I got lucky coming across their website years ago and I’m so glad I did!

They have a great selection of industry standard speakers, subwoofers, lighting equipment, and much more available for rent. And when you pick up, they take the time to explain and demonstrate all the intricacies regarding hooking up and using everything properly. Audio Rent KC is incredible!! We used them for our wedding reception. Our original sound system plans fell through just a couple weeks before the event, but I found Audio Rent KC through a Google search and I am so glad we found them! We rented the basic package, which included two speakers on stands, a microphone, and an aux cord. The speakers ended up being Bluetooth compatible as well, so we used that feature and did not need adapters. They were able to deliver the equipment, set it up, and pick it up after the event for a small fee. Overall, we paid less than we were expecting to pay for the other vendor, and it was everything we needed on short notice! I wish we had gone with them from the beginning, and I cannot recommend this...
