Unfortunately, I have been left disappointed by the subpar customer service I received by this store. As a loyal customer with multiple purchases, including jewelry, pants, shoes, and sweaters, I was definitely taken aback by this experience. Recently, I bought an adjustable ring for $52, which consistently came loose and kept slipping off within 24 hours. Upon attempting to return it, the initial representative I spoke with did not mention any non-refundable jewelry policy. Instead, she noted the ring's slightly bent appearance, (I honestly couldn’t see what she was talking about and upon speaking to the owner later on, neither could she). However, I attributed it the frequent adjustments I kept having to make. She assured me that she would consult with the owner, who would subsequently contact me. However, I received no follow-up communication and had to personally reach out to the owner this morning. She then cited a non-refundable jewelry policy, which was not stated to me by the previous worker, nor was it on my receipt or at the jewelry counter. I was not even offered store credit as an alternative which I would have gladly taken. A dainty ring that cost $52 dollars shouldn’t be that type of low quality anyway. This store has some cute stuff, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I was super disappointed with the quality of the sweater I bought here though. For $100 I got a sweater that was falling apart and pilling everywhere within the first wear. I’ve gotten higher quality clothing from Old Navy. Would have expected a lot more from this so...

My favorite place to find my favorite pieces for me and hubs- the ones I am excited to wear! The building is beautiful and the atmosphere is quiet and personal. They are great at styling and offer extended service options to make sure you love your pick! The denim is perfect- great selection. Ps - great beer next door!...
