It's a cool spot but in the end not that great a burger stop. 7 dollars for an overcooked cheeseburger and i see some reviewers calling that low cost....maybe ya'll should stop getting your burgers from overpriced chains.

The atmosphere is good, definitely old school dive, bartenders are nice, you can see the history of Missoula here for sure. The walls probably have grease on them from the day it opened, which to be clear is fine by me.

If the burgers were 1-2 dollars cheaper then 4 stars. Maybe consider still dropping a dollar and making that single patty into a dbl smashburger, you'll be heading in a better direction. I get times are hard but high prices aren't the answer.

Good place with a simple menu. Single, double or triple burger, have 4 choices of 🧀 and you can add bacon. The toppings are pickles and onions raw or grilled. There is ketchup, mustard, and spicy mustard on the counter. There are no fries, just chips. They have a descent variety of beers on draught and they can make shakes. The burger was greasy and delicious and the patties are THICK. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because neither of the dudes behind the counter were personable. At least pretend you appreciate the business. I told the older dude that was cooking the burger was amazing and the response was like staring at a gargoyle. Nothing nada, not even a smirk.
