The blonde girl (employee) sitting ON the counter was very upset that we were in the store 15 minutes to closing. She was snarky and condescending when we expressed that we were sorry and didn’t realize. Her response was, “yep, we close at 6 on Sunday. Every Sunday. Some holidays, too.” She also made a point to mention that only one cashier was open because they were about to close (obviously).
I guess the goal is to close the register prior to 6.
She also loudly announced to her coworker that “the call was made” regarding the store closing. I mean I get it, who wants to keep working? But why the drama! I guess in the end, she wins, because I won’t be coming back close to closing again…probably won’t come back during open hours either.
Also, there was no running water in the bathrooms. Counter-sitting girl told us that it was probably just a sensor issue, despite all three of the sinks being affected. Maybe they just turn the water off after closing? Oh, sorry, I mean 15 minutes prior to closing

We are now told it was sold to someone else last night? We were told to order it online and come back again and pick it up. We live 1hr away 2hr round trip, that 4 hrs of driving so far & 6 hrs total if I order it online. Beginning to wonder if it would actually be there after I order it? The people that work there are nice and friendly but I am not sure about the way they do business. Read moreI've spent big money in this store but it has been a few years. Went there today and was looking at AR15 rifles. I wanted a rifle with a chrome lined barrel. I had two rifles I was looking at and decided that I was going to buy one of them. Then a manager, I think his name was Paul, came out and stated that a chrome-moly barrel means that the barrel is chrome lined. I said no it doesn't, and he rudely turned around and ignored me as if I were not worth spending his time on.
This ignorance on the part of the staff, combined with the rude way the manager behaved, convinced me that I wasn't buying a rifle that day.
I called customer service twice and asked to speak to a manager. Each time the CSR would only put me through to the gun counter and I didn't want to talk to those guys. What good would it do?
