My husband John and I went into Wallaroo’s Furniture and Mattress store in Missoula, MT. during the 2023 Labor Day Sale. We met Sarah and throughly enjoyed her friendliness, attentiveness, her knowledge of her products, her personal touch and care! Sarah took a lot of time to answer our questions, search for answers she did not have at the tip of her fingers. We were able to get the wonderful sale prices on our SmartLife bed and our new Montana living room set. She helped us get the best financing and even held onto all of our furniture for three months while our home was being repaired!!🤗❤️ We were NOT charged storage fees or special handling fees!! Even when we had to postpone delivery a second time🥹😳 Not a single complaint from Sarah or Wallaroo’s.😊 What an amazing store and work crew. ❤️ When we were finally able to have our furniture and new bed delivered the delivery crew was very professional, tidy, friendly and quick! They had to work with our special quirks with delivering on our brand new floors, but they handled it like the pros they are!! 🥷🏻🥷🏻 Thank you so much Sarah and crew!! You guys are amazing! Yes!! We would highly recommend this business and the furniture they carry!! Our new SmartLife Bed and electric base is totally amazing!! Oh my gosh, I Love the bed and warranty. The warranty is unbelievable, call and ask Sarah her all about it. I have never had a bed with a power base, I don’t think I can go back to just a plain bed again.💕 The Montana living room set is genuine brown leather, comfortable and just plain beautiful! After exploring (what I thought was every) furniture store in Missoula and sitting on every single couch, I felt sad that I wasn’t finding what I wanted in a reasonable price point. There were a few I liked, but was told the ordering process would take 8 weeks or more and I was feeling impatient and discouraged. I looked online and found Wallaroo’s, and saw a few options I might like, so I was hopeful again! Wallaroo’s is tucked away in the corner of a shopping center and it’s full of amazing and reasonably-priced finds. Whatever style you like is probably represented, and they had several mid-century, Boho, and import pieces to my specific taste. I actually found several couches I liked and a lot of them were available for immediate purchase and delivery, but because I’d perused online, I fell in love with one that wasn’t in stock. I made several visits to the store while I contemplated and checked new arrivals, and in the process I got to know Sarah pretty well. She was patient and helpful and always reminded me that my first choice was probably worth waiting for, so I preordered with assurance that if I didn’t like it in person, I could do an exchange or return for a restocking fee. I’M SO HAPPY I DID! Yesterday our couch arrived (10 days early!!!) and it is even more comfy and beautiful than I imagined it could be, and Sarah got it to me ASAP. I have to say, if you want an extra deep, plush, cozy, super soft couch in perfect gray, the “Aruba” is a dream. Also, this place is worth just checking out on the regular because my sister got a “one-time” item, a mango wood cabinet that is so incredible. I’m extremely happy Missoula has such a gem...

We had a great experience with Wallaroo’s from start to finish. Starting with our visit to their showroom in January, where we got straightforward pricing, NO pushy upselling, honest info about expectations. We (of course, sigh) ended up ordering a modular sectional that was one of few items that they didn’t have in stock and expected a lengthy delay in receiving. They were clear about expectations…and were even able to source one or two pieces for us and tack on a floor piece so we could have most of the couch quickly. When I called about the remaining pieces, they were always honest about what was happening and any changes in my expectations.

Listen, these are unpredictable times; no one can control shortages and delays, but they can demonstrate creativity and communicate honestly and openly, and everyone at Wallaroos did all of that. So what I know is that they do a great job handling exceptions and challenges, which often says more about a company than the way they handle stuff that goes smoothly.

We received our final delivery today, and just like our prior delivery, the folks that came by were courteous, friendly, helpful, efficiently and absolutely happy to mask up for us while inside (one of us is immunocompromised).

And most importantly, we’re happy with our comfy electric recliner, 7 months in to owning most of it. :)
