Finding employees who genuinely care about their jobs especially at an auto zone is pretty Rare! Matt and Dart are definitely great employees and fantastic representatives of Autozone. Being from Arizona the selfless helpful willing attitude was very different than any other store I have been to. If I had any authority within the Autozone Corp. I would recognize these two for their efforts and passion for their job. There is many places these two guys could work yet they do what they love! Dart was fantastic at asking questions and using a common sense approach to an issue that may seem huge to a customer. Matt was great about eagerly searching and helping find a resolution. Came in for a motorcycle battery. They didn't have exactly what I wanted but they did help me find another battery that'd work. They went out of their way to explain the difference between AGM and acid/lead batteries and how to add the acid/how long to charge the battery I bought (shipped empty, had to add acid to cells then trickle charge after).
