The lady behind the counter was super-friendly and very helpful with our questions. She also offered some great suggestions! The coffee was the BEST we had on our 8-day round-trip out west! And we tried a bunch of great local coffee places! We will definitely be stopping here again on our way through Mitchell!

Hot Shots has SO MANY awesome flavors to try for your coffee. I ordered the caramel pumpkin iced latte, and it was a 10/10. The perfect amount of sweet, fall, and coffee combo. I would recommend you try Hot Shots over starbucks, scooters, and any other chain coffee stop.

Great coffee! If you're an out-of-stater, like me, don't be afraid of the tiny building. The may be small but they pack a lot and quality in that small space. Delish, and I'm picky. ( I don't go to mainline coffee shops, except Carrabou sometimes)

While the espresso was decent, they are following the bad trend of starting out all of their espresso drinks with 1 shot of espresso, regardless of size...so whether you order an 12oz latte or a 20oz latte, it contains only one shot of espresso. A latte, is 1:4 (espresso:milk)...so a 20oz latte should have 4oz of espresso and 16oz of milk, not 1.5oz of espresso and 18.5oz milk. If your locals like weak espresso drinks, offer less espresso by request...not weak espresso drinks for the price of a normal espresso drink, with the option to pay for more espresso to make the drink the correct...

Worst Hot Chocolate Ever! I'm not a coffee drinker, so I ordered a Hot Chocolate and it tasted like coffee. They need to either clean their machines better or use something else to make their non-coffee drinks. I only drank 2 swallows of it and threw the rest away. Waste of money...packaged Swiss Miss made with water in a microwave would have...
