Family Dollar — Local services in Moab

By far the worst family Dollar I have ever been to. From Salt Lake to moab and every place in between I can honestly say I will NEVER EVER return to this family Dollar. Terrible customer service. Couldn't go down any illegal cause there was products all over the floor from people just dropping stuff instead of replacing it on the shelves. Nothing was organized. Everything was just randomly placed. There are plenty of clothes but absolutely nothing for little boys. When I asked for an item I got "Well I think it's on this issue or maybe this one." So I looked and found it in a completely different place. When I went to check out their were 2 cashiers and one of their boyfriends behind one register and I was told I had to wait, there was no one in front of me. Then come to find out I was waiting because they sent a CUSTOMER to go check the price of an item and the customer couldn't even find it. She just happened to find the one she had on the floor down and unrelated Isle. Then when I did get to the register the young mouthy, doped up cashier and her boyfriend didn't even start scanning my items until I had everything out of the basket. And considering I had a large purchase let me tell you that was a balancing act all in its own. When I scanned my card it asked for the chip so I put the chip in as the older female cashier started chewing me out because I didn't realize they had a chip reader. Terrible. This place is such a mess and SUPER RUDE service. We walked in and the one young lady working was on her cell phone talking, did not greet us. When we went to check out, she continued her conversation on her cellphone WHILE checking us out. Didn't say a word to us other than what the total was. My friend mentioned that she could put her phone down and the worker replied "I am talking to the store manager", but was obvious that it wasn't "work" related. When we rang the bell for service to try and get checked out and we had to wait several minutes, which is fine I understand things happen but then the employee that was working started walking towards the front where the check out stand is and she is texting on her phone. She didn’t even look up from the phone until she started scanning my items and then once she was done scanning them she immediately picked up her phone again and started texting.
