Amazing!! Apart from the actual ceremony, I kept telling everyone that I was most excited for the food, and it did not disappoint. Moab private chef did the catering for our wedding and prepared the most wonderful charcuterie set up for us and then served one of the best meals I’ve ever had! This was not your typical bland wedding dinner, the food was energetic interesting, flavorful and fun. My now husband and I planned the menu with Beth and she even made him special apple pies since he doesn’t like cake. Beth and her team go above and beyond to make your day perfect. Ken made food for my wedding up at Whispering Oaks Ranch in the Cedar Bend Lodge. He was absolutely fantastic at communicating with me and with creating a menu that my guests and I fell in love with. Family and friends are still sending me messages saying how great his salads were and how tasty the barbecue butter was. I could go on, but all his 5-star reviews should tell you how amazing he is at this job. If you're lucky enough to book him (his schedule fills up fast) you will not be disappointed. Chef Becky and Ken created the most memorable experience, delicious dinner, and were also an absolute joy in hosting our small wedding private dinner. They executed every dish to perfection with the most beautiful presentation, attention to detail, and most importantly incredible flavor. Our dining course included a stellar charcuterie board, melon salad, halibut, beef tenderloin, risotto, and side dishes. Every single bite WOW’d us. We have talked about this dinner every day for the last 2 weeks and will forever!
