It's taken me a while to slow down enough to finally write a review, but I wanted to because these guys definitely deserve the rave.

Firstly, let me start by saying we went on our tour last Saturday 8/16/25. I called at 11am and asked if there was availability for a sunset tour that same day. I believe Beverly?? answered the phone on the 2nd ring and politely informed me that they were booked for that day and the only option they had available was a ride along with the guide themselves, but immediately shared all of the available tours they did have throughout the following days if I didn't want that option. Coincidentally, we were hoping for the ride along option in the first place.

The tour itself... Our guide was Dave. Dave is cooler than most people you'll meet. One member of my party was terrified of the trip, extreme fear of heights, fear of the trail itself, and just general nervousness towards the unknown. Dave didn't bat an eye, made a couple jokes to ease the tension, and kept it entertaining the entire ride. (She ended up having a blast and this tour was her favorite part of the entire trip to Moab.) But for the rest of the group as a whole (3 buggies followed our group) he was extremely entertaining, interactive and informative. He stopped in multiple places that didn't always seem like a special place, but then would either share history of the landmark, facts about the significance, or just share a quick joke about the last section of the trail. During our tour, we noticed multiple other companies on the trail. Several started on the trail after us and seemed to be off the trail before us. Not bad mouthing those companies because I don't know them or the extent of their tours, but I am pointing out that Cowboy Moab seemed to make more of an effort to showcase the beauty of the entire area. I would 100% recommend them and intend to go again next time we vacation in Moab. You'll learn the names of the landmarks, you'll see dinosaur tracks, you'll get incredible views, and you'll get an awesome sunset if you take the sunset tour. Book with these guys, I promise it's...

I highly recommend this tour. Moab Cowboy is a family run business and Beverly and Dave could not have been nicer. We had a great time following them through Hell's Revenge, up and down the craziest hills, through the sand, and over the rocks. It was exhilarating and even a little terrifying at times, but if you stay right behind them and follow their tracks, you will be fine.

Its great to be able to drive yourself without worrying about where to go because they will lead you through the entire trail, which they know well. They made a few stops to take pictures, enjoy the view, and even learn some interesting history. Since it is only the two of them, you know you will get a great guide every time.

We did the evening Hell's Revenge tour with our children in the back seat. It's about three hours. They are located right in the center of town. You get on the 4x4 at their shop and take a very short drive on the road to the Sand Flats area. No time is wasted and you get a lot of time to drive the fun trails.

This is a great family activity to do in Moab. There are a lot of companies to choose from, but for the reasons above, I highly recommend Moab Cowboy. Beverly and Dave will make sure that you are safe, comfortable, and have...

What an incredible experience! Once in a life time opportunity to be in a side by side driving on slick rock ridges, steep rocky cliffs and down steep grades. She told us entertaining personal stories that kept us laughing and asking for more, showed us dinosaur tracks and shared interesting information about the rocks, history and paleontology, and told us that if we followed her tracks, we would not roll or flip over. She has not rolled anyone at all in 15 years, that's SO impressive and gave me courage to try new things!! Also, my cell phone fell out of my pocket and then slipped out of the hole in the side by side door. It took a few minutes to get her attention since we were in the back of the line but she was so quick to invite me into her own buggy and race back to find it in a matter of minutes. She was funny, positive, family friendly (for our group) informative, and technical when she needed to be. We felt safe and amazed at how we could trust the guide and the machine to get through that experience! I had never done some thing like that before and she left us all begging for more! We will Be coming back! Beverlie was amaaaaazing!...

We took the half and half sunset tour and had an amazing time! The tour guides and owners, Beverly and Dave, were so entertaining and knowledgeable about the area we loved our time with them! We got to drive a new Kawasaki side by side with 4 seats, seatbelts and doors. The side by side is easy to control and we felt safe and confident in it. As four adults, there was plenty of space for us to ride comfortable. We began on Fins and Things, took a great tour of the trail and Dave found lines that were exciting and challenging without over exerting the side by side. We stopped to hear about the area and had time to take some amazing photos. We continued onto hell’s revenge where we took some amazing trails to the top of some of the highest points overlooking the area. Watched some Jeep’s come up the gate and watched the sunset near the horizon overlooking the river! The tour included water to drink and an ice chest for your use which was great in the summer sun! We had a blast and can’t recommend them enough to take you on a tour in the Moab area! Support your local small business and look no further then the Moab Cowboy! Thanks Beverly and Dave!
