I am so disappointed in what WAS my favorite store for mine and my beautiful wifeys adult needs until I was disrespected by the employees working the door tonight. It's our anniversary and we stopped for a little spice up for tonight when I was told I could enter the store after the people in front checked out. Well then after those people checked out I was approached by another team member who ask for id again which we presented AGAIN and was told I couldn't enter the store with my wife because my id was out of date by 2 weeks. I have class a cdl and I am required to have a physical before I can renew my CDL and I haven't been able to get in for my physical because some virus has been running crazy. The employees were extremely rude and really upset my wifey and messed up our anniversary night. I will never spend another dime with this store and I buy aloe of stuff for our sex life. The workers at Kallies are extremely professional and very helpful, they make your shopping experience so easy and comfortable! No awkward invasive conversation here! Unless you ask for help or advice they dont ask for your bedroom details unlike other places around Mobile (looking at you G Spot....). All of their products are extremely high quality for such reasoable and often low prices!! My favorite brand they carry is CalExotics! Such a range of different tastes and products!
