Very dissatisfied. Had to do an exchange due to a defective item where stones were falling out. The order was shipped from online. Online at Kay stated I had to do an instore exchange. In store a very rude associate was "assisting us, with a very poor attitude." She told us she could do the exchange, but the price on the item has gone up, so I would have to pay an extra $50? Why would I pay more for an EXCHANGE of the same BROKEN item that was shipped to me?
The associate stated I could talk to customer support If I didn't like it. The same ones who told me I had to go to the store.
I am just so amazed at how poor this store, Associate and so called policy are.
I will be followed up with a BBB complaint. I dont want others treated like this. Jewelry is suppose to be a fun and beautiful thing, not a depressing robbery.

Read moreSo today I went by Kay jewelers to have a couple of pieces sent out for maintenance during my visit, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Celeste at the Bel Air Mall location. She handled my transaction with ease. She was very pleasant, made my visit enjoyable, even though I know I’m going to be without my Favorite ring for a couple of weeks the conversation I had with her made me feel at ease during my visit. I also was able to add a few things to my wish list to help my husband during gift giving events. I truly enjoyed my interactions with Celeste and would recommend her to everyone. She added pictures to the profile to make it easier so that if I come in again in the future for maintenance to make my transaction go quicker should they need to be sent off our maintenance Thank you, Celeste. Read moreI got the ring and it immediately had to be sent in for three weeks to be sized. It was sent back to me with one of the stones chipped, and then a different stone fell out of it a few weeks later. I took it in to have both stones replaced. It was gone for three weeks and was sent back to me with two stones chipped. They had to damage it out and give me a new one which was sent out for three weeks to be sized. I went to pick it up on the 'promise date' and at first they told me they lost it, but then they said it hadn't even been shipped out from their store to be sized until the day after I was supposed to pick it up.
