Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Mobile

I am a doordash driver. I received 2 orders from this location last night. The woman behind the counter ( was told she was the manager) was extremely unprofessional and racist. I was among three dash drivers waiting for orders. This woman was very nice to the African American customers. The first dash person stated she had an order then the second also stated he had an order since she wasn't concerned with the delivery drivers. I then stated that I was waiting on two orders and she cussed me out. I waited for 45 minutes and never did get either one of my orders. A young lady also Caucasian came inside after going through the drive thru because she was missing something from her order. She was ignored the first time she tried to speak to the woman behind the counter. When she was able to speak to her the woman behind the counter was extremely rude. At that point the young lady had been waiting approximately 15 minutes. She then got her strawberry biscuit and went to leave. The manager then stated that she didn't need to grab it like that and proceeded to tell the young lady she could gets some of her hands. Went there for lunch on 6/8/23 for lunch around 2:15. First the wait time in the drive thru was long but I waited and once I got to the window and paid for my order the cashier took 2 dollars from the register and put it to the side. I saw him do it so I asked for the receipt because he didn't give it to me. I proceeded back to work and I looked at the receipt and I saw that it was my money that he kept. I called and returned to the store where the manager returned the 2$. I returned on Sunday and they decided to make me wait all the while holding up on line and when I got to the window low and behold him and the same manager was there. While he stood there talking about me to the 2 cooks and they looking at me the manager was fixing my special food. I knew that something wasn't right due to both cooks being up front and she went back there to fix it for me. After I realized what was going on I left. I'm curious to know how can you be upset with me when he (the employee) tried to steal from me. Can you imagine how much money they make in the run of a day like that? Come to find out there is always an issue at that particular Popeyes. Not only with customers but also keeping staff. They have 4 people working on this good day and the wait time...

Every time I come to this particular restaurant the doors are locked. It's 4:00 on a Sunday afternoon the doors are locked and you sit in line at the drive-thru for an extremely long time just to order. I have currently sat in line to order with only three cars in front of me for 30 minutes waiting to order. I guess I'm wondering how in the world this restaurant stays open I can't see them making a whole lot of money considering they have no one in the lobby to wait on the only people they need to wait on her in the Drive-Thru and they take such a long time to wait on each individual that I just don't see how they're making money it just seems like they can't get their s* together. Well we finally we're able to go into the dining room to sit down and eat. When you first walk in the door you smell a musty odor. Upon sitting down to eat we looked around and saw that there was black mold all over the ceiling. I also took a picture of the rating I don't understand how it is they're still open I personally will not go back in this restaurant or through the drive-thru because I don't know what the kitchen may look like if they're allowing the mold to grow in the dining room...
