If I can put no stars I would. I come here all the time, but not anymore. It’s thanksgiving day, my wife needed bread crumbs, and we live down the street. We have a 3 month year old who cried the entire time we prepared the last minute food, so I decided to take him for the ride to this store in hopes he would fall asleep. I get there at 1:57pm rush to the entrance with my baby, and I’m greeted by a lady who tells me that they’re closed. I look at my Watch and it’s 1:58pm, and i get it, but I begged her with my baby next to me to let me only get bread crumbs, I still have a couple of minutes, but she still refused to let me in. I quickly asked for the manger and she pointed to her who sat in a cubicle. The manager popped her head up, we made eye contact and I pleaded with her, and mentioned my baby next to me in hopes she would have some compassion at least, especially when several customers were still in line checking out. The manager with a cold facial expression said “we’re closed” and popped her head back down. I got frustrated and said aloud I will never come back here again, and the lady guarding the door shrugged her shoulders and said “so”. I never leave reviews because I know the struggles of taking care of customers, and am currently working in customer service, but this is not right. It’s thanksgiving, they should go above and beyond to help people getting last minute items, not turn a cold shoulder, especially if a customer has an infant with them....

Well as I was grabbing my donuts a lady who works their pass by me and after that she kept on following me around the store. She was acting busy as I was reading some shoe polish /cleaning labels. After I don't know how many times she walks by me I just shake my head. I go to magazine and I'm c checking some out, then she switches with a male employee. So I'm already getting annoyed. Read moreIt's really unfortunate I have to leave this review. I purchased a prepackaged salad with greens, tomatoes, beans, cucumbers, an egg, and turkey meat. The egg was rotten. The whites are disintegrating and turning brown. It smells rotten. I took a photo of the egg and threw the salad away.
I called the deli and the woman who answered the phone seemed irritated that I told her what happened and I said she should pull the other salads. She didn't even apologize or offer me a refund. I told her I have a photo and a receipt, which she seemed irritated about, and if I get over there tomorrow or the next day I'll come in for a refund.
I'm a small business owner. When I mess up (we all do) I apologize to my client and refund. I don't blow off complaints.
