This store is completely unreliable. No one ever answers the phone—ever. I’ve called over 20 times across different departments, and not once has anyone picked up. It honestly feels like they silence their phones on purpose, which is unacceptable for a major retailer.
What’s worse is the expired food. I live just five minutes away and frequently use Drive Up, and this is now the fourth time I’ve received expired chicken. I shouldn’t have to check expiration labels every time I pick up an order from a national chain. It’s gross and dangerous. This store should be reported to the health department—and I fully intend to do that, along with contacting Target corporate.
And don’t get me started on the customer service. On Thursday, July 17th at around 9:48 PM, I picked up my order. The girl who helped me, likely in her mid-to-late 20s, Hispanic, didn’t greet me or say a word. Just stared at me waiting for the code, then silently put the items in my trunk. This wasn’t the first time either—she’s consistently rude and expressionless every time I’ve encountered her, regardless of the time of day. If you don’t want to work in customer service, don’t.
Call me a Karen if you want—I don’t care. Customers deserve better than this. Management at this location seriously needs...
Read moreI was just at target a couple minutes ago today 11/12/2022. I was at the bread aisle looking at DIFFERENT kind of bagels to have for breakfast. The association there at around 9:50 AM in blue came a little after me to stock bread. One of the BAgel dropped and I picked it up and put it back and continue looking for bagels to see if pumpkin spice was available. That associate (White) then rudely was like they’re all the same bagel and with all the same expiration date - all so aggressively at me. I told him I was not looking for dates but different kind of bagels. He then proceeded to say “ Well I saw you grabbed that bagel (the one I picked up that fell) and now you’re looking at the other section that are the same dude” again so aggressive! There was no hey I see you’re looking for something can I help you. None of that at all! Just assumed and Rudely interrupted my peace of mind. I will be contacting Lacey or another team manager/lead about this! All so rude for what especially since I was not doing anything!
