I've been a US Cellular customer for ages, and let me tell you, they just proved they're the reigning champions of problem-solving! My trusty earbuds decided to stage a silent protest – nothing but dead air and the occasional static-y whisper that sounded suspiciously like my ex. I was in a real pickle-ear, thinking I'd have to live in a world devoid of podcasts. So, I dragged my defeated self into the US Cellular store, prepared for the usual tech-support song and dance. But oh no, not these folks! The associate took one look at my pitiful earbuds, gave a sympathetic nod, and then, like a sound magician, declared them officially "kick-the-bucket-list" candidates. Before I could even say "audio-nara," they had a shiny, new pair in my hands, practically serenading me with promises of crisp sound. It was so quick and painless, I almost felt guilty. They truly tuned in to my despair and replaced my woes with brand-new joys. My ears are now doing the happy dance, and I'm back to jamming out. Five stars, without a doubt! Read moreWe have been very satisfied with US Cellular phone service when it comes to phone plans and reception . Their internet self service is terrible as you can not navigate even if you are using the correct password. We recently went and bought a new A 21 phone @ Moline location. When it came to getting information from old phone to new phone, that is where the customer service STOPPED. The sales person indicated that it would take awhile to download information from one phone to the other which I understand. However; when we got home and spent a few hours DOING IT OURSELVES, only some of the phone numbers took. When we went in the next day for help, we were told by the same customer service rep that they did everything they could and we would need to contact help desk. I realize that transferring data from one phone to the other is a cumbersome process but lack of support is going to cost US Cellular customers in the future...VERY...
Read moreI went into moline location due to after doing a system download my phone was doing crazy things like shutting off and on non stop and i really could talk, text or anything and this young man by the name of Thomas Allen took time to make sure i left with a working phone. It was long process but he did some trouble shooting and made sure my phone was working properly again. I really went into store with attitude that i was going to have order new phone and be without phone for couple days but thanks to Thomas Allen i was back up and working.
