First, the concierge (both of them) were fantastic. In fact, the one that was working the morning we came down for breakfast was one of the sweetest, kindest ladies we've came across on our holidays. Shout out to her 💕 We scheduled this online and then called so we could get two rooms beside each other... and we were so lucky to have gotten two rooms adjacent to one another with the help of the concierge. Secondly, the rooms were very spacious. The beds were o.k. for comfort. The bed spread in our kids room had what looked like urine stains on the top cover, so we removed that and used our own blanket. The bathrooms were modestly clean... and could have used a little more tlc... but they were usable. The complimentary shampoo was half used... which I instructed my kids not to use them... I dont think thats sanitary to refill those little bottles or leave them after another guest has stayed... you just never know what could be left in them. The complimentary breakfast was good!!! We loved the texas waffles and were pleased with how hard the staff worked to ensure there was plenty of food for all the guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here... I'd only suggest the bathrooms have a little more upkeep and care. **the last picture was our door... I have no clue what the white gross smear was... we just avoided touching near that part of the door***

Stayed at this hotel while we made a trip to visit the Sandhills. The lady at the front desk while checking in was super nice. The room was typical. I did like that the offered shampoo, conditioner and body wash that were mounted to the shower wall. I hate the mini bottles because it's ever enough for me. My kids loved the pool and the late swim. Although it could be a tad bit cleaner in my opinion. I was kind of bummed the hit tub didn't work. The breakfast was typical for a free hotel breakfast. I did like the 2nd flavor option for waffles tho. Although there isn't much to do in the area I did like the 24 hours stores that were within walking distance. The hallways were super dark for a hotel. Especially since I had kids with me. The laundry room was nice so we could dry our clothes after the swim. It takes quarters only.

We stayed one night here in a big room with a king-size bed and a sofa that converted into a bed. We were expecting 2 connected rooms, but got a partial wall instead. Still it was a comfortable night with lots of space and charging stations. The room comes with all the usual items and free Wi-Fi. The complimentary breakfast was nice. It included eggs, sausage, biscuits, potatoes, cereal, pastries, TX-shaped waffles, and more.

If you happen to stay at this hotel,I hope you don't leave anything of value behind! I travel often with my children, and we normally do a one last walk through so we can make sure nothing gets left behind. Unfortunately a pair of sunglasses got overlooked and were left. We noticed by the time we were leaving from lunch in Odessa (maybe 2 hours later) called the hotel they acknowledged they were there gave me instructions on what to do in order to get them mailed to me. When the hotel received the shipping boxes they called to let me know it had arrived and when the boss came in they would mail it out. (I guess he's the only one that knows how UPS works) I let the Easter weekend pass because I trusted the staff and management to return my belongings to me in a timely manner. They had received the package on the 22nd after all. I checked UPS tracking all throughout the week and weekend, and nothing. Called the following Monday and was told,oh yes it was mailed Friday. Wednesday March 30th rolled around and still no package and no info on tracking, called back and the young lady had to call her boss to find out about it. 2nd story I was told is that it didn't get mailed Friday it was actually mailed out Tuesday the 29th because of the holiday. Funny because UPS does not recognize Esster Sunday as a holiday and oh yeah it's on a SUNDAY and not the Friday they said they mailed it on! I emailed the manager and let him know the conflicting stories, it wasn't until I informed him I wasn't letting this go until I got my property back and would go to a corporate level did activity show up on the tracking website. Finally after getting 3 different stories and 2 weeks my son's sunglasses were sent to me. I will never stay at this hotel again and will gladly drive the 35 minutes in when...

It was snowing and icy on the roads when we pulled in. The room was clean and comfortable. At the front entry a car was parked right in front of the main entrance door and it seemed to be a staff members car. The car was there for a long time. The front entry was a sheet of ice and absolutely no effort was made to clear it or at least put some ice down. Staff did not seem interested about the ice problem problem or car. There were several people coming in off the road and everyone had to go around this vehicle going thru the snow and very slick entry. On checking in we were told the pool was closed. In getting to our room the smoke detector was beeping every one or two minutes for a low battery, I assume. Called the front desk and they said it would be taken care of. We went across the road and got something to eat and came back about an hour later and the detector was still beeping. Called again this time a guy came in and removed the detector and said they did not have batteries. Would have to get some. At around 10:00pm we called the desk and said we were going to sleep. In the morning the entry and parking lot were still extremely icy and slick. The breakfast was not up to Comfort Inn standards. No sugar free syrup for waffles and the rest of the breakfast was not very good. Went down the road and got something to eat. We like staying in Comfort Inns and Comfort Inns & Suites and this was the poorest one we have stayed in. NOT EFFORT AT ALL WAS MADE TO HELP THE ICE SITUATION. The hotel w as very fortunate that no one fell and got hurt seriously. This is the first Comfort Inn we will not stay in again. Also none of the local channels came in on the tv so we could check the local weather and news on the roads. Just was not a good...

We had never stayed here before this was a first and if it had not been for the morning clerk I might not consider staying again but she was friendly and enjoys her job. For me that means she will go the extra effort to make your stay comfortable. But,...the clerk the night before although seemed hospitable at first in checking me in she did not advise me of the hours breakfast would be served. I forgot to ask as she handed me card key. I decided to wait for my son as he was parking vehicle. As I sat in the lobby and I heard her tell the gentleman that was also waiting to check in the hours of breakfast. That is how I knew. I would of eventually asked because they didn't have a sign that would advise you of those hours. Yes, I prefer to stay at places that offer breakfast. I need my coffee in the morning. The rooms were clean no dust anywhere bathrooms were clean too. Beds and pillows were comfy. But the elevator was not working next day. So we walked down the stairs for breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was sad only one egg patty, 3 sausages and 2 biscuits were available. They had for you to make waffles, toast, cereal oatmeal, bagels. The serving area looked very clean also. My son did go and ask for more food to be put out not once but twice. As 5 other people arrived after us and again food was limited even tho the lady at the front had already come out once before. Then 2 other persons arrived thereafter. As I checked out I did let the lady know of the issues, no info on breakfast, elevator not working and lack of breakfast items. Of course she apologized but I know she wasn't responsible. I only informed her cuz I knew she would address the issues as she was still addressing the elevator issue. Overall it was...
