today really sucked. i place my orders online to avoid having to be in the store for long periods of time because i have very high social anxiety. i can’t do curbside because the last 3 times i visited i encountered my packages being short by 8-10 every order… 2 or 4 orders that adds up. so i have to come inside to count everything before i leave the store cuz i learned the hard way that’s the only way they’ll do anything about it.. and i drove from kentucky so it really sucked having to be in the store for almost an hour today. i stood there probably 5-10 minutes before anyone even helped me and no one was in line n front of me. once i did get helped that took over 40 minutes because majority of my order wasn’t scanned in and the part that was “scanned in” i counted and it was short 8, so i had to wait for her to count everything individually to see what exactly was missing which took forever itself.. i think i have to find a new place to get my rolls cuz it’s starting to be inconvenient to...
Read moreI can actually, say this was not a fun experience at any dispensary I’ve ever been to across the country. I went for some CBD for a friends dog. Kaylee S. Was my bud-tender - I can appreciate when people have a bad day, but she was really having a bad day. I bought the CBD and pre-rolls my bill came to $64. I handed her 65. She told me that she would put my receipt in my change in the bag, there was no dollar in the bag just the receipt, but it already put a five dollar bill on the counter to tip her so why would you steal one extra dollar from a customer? I think five dollars on $64 order was a pretty good tip. Check your cameras. I didn’t receive my change and I was going back into the store, but then I said screw it if she needs a dollar let her keep the f-ing dollar. I’ve also never been under dispensary where they don’t chat you up or Inquire about your day. Some people just shouldn’t work when they’re having a bad day it spreads to other people it’s not...
Read morePlaced a curbside order for pick up yesterday and when I got there they weren’t busy at all, maybe a couple cars in the huge parking lot. Plenty of curbside spaces. I called and he came out asking my information. A few minutes later he came out and said I had to come in because of some register issue and I unfortunately am handicapped and told him I physically cannot walk which is why I use curbside exclusively. I’ve never had issues with any other curbside offering dispensary in the state not once. This really threw him for a loop and he frustratingly turned around and walked back inside. I left assuming they didn’t want to fulfill an order for someone handicapped, which made me feel really bad. I went down the street supported a different business as this area is flooded with them, and had no issues. Please don’t discriminate against your disabled guests, you could’ve simply told me you didn’t want to fill my order you didn’t have to act like I was a huge...
