The ladies that were upfront when we were checking out today were rude especially the older lady when we tried to use our kohls cash which expired one freaking day ago we were informed that it expired and I said yes but we are in the 10 day grace period that kohls use to give their customers and older lady was more then happy it seems to let us know that “ they stopped doing that months ago and it is not something they honor anymore” but in the most condescending way possible. Well excuse us for not being aware of the companies new policies kohls I’m sure did it discretely because it’s a pretty big slap in the face to their customers. Not everyone can make it into the store on the few days the kohls cash is active and if I had known that they wouldn’t have honored it we would have been in sooner to use it instead of letting 40$ go to waste I will no longer be shopping at kohls I can assure you that !! These stupid corporations put profit over their customers more and more and that’s why you see so many going out of business like I’m sure kohls will eventually the only reason I shopped their was because of the kohls cash and their items on clearance because their prices are not good especially when you can go to marshals or TJ max and get much better prices. The item I was looking for was not in stock. The associate pointed out the kiosk I could use to order and get free shipping as I only needed one item and did not want to spend shipping to get it. The kiosk was temperamental to use and took longer than necessary. The associate should have warned me about this as when I told her on our way out, she said oh that's old technology for you. No, it's not taking care of your equipment. Overall I don't normally shop at Kohl's and this experience reminds me why again. You feel like if you have a question you are bothering the employees stocking the floor. Great reminder to not shop with this company or location...
