Ordered a 3.5" Megalodon tooth for my son's 13th birthday. Shawn was SO helpful in helping us arrange shipping. I received the piece today and everything is perfect! This was well packaged with the tooth wrapped, placed into a box, peanuts all around, and then placed into another box. I forgot to ask for a certificate of authenticity (it clearly states on the website that you can get them as long as you ask for them in the shipping instructions) but that was totally my fault! They did give me a card that explains what it is and my son will still love it. This is a very unique gift for those that have everything. I also ordered a floating case, and I highly recommend that. Purchased two trilobites for my best friend as a birthday gift. They were so kind in making her a handwritten birthday note that was in the package, it was so sweet!! There was a slight hiccup with the order, called their 866 number and if you can believe it, a real person answered!! Shawn took care of everything for us within literally a few hours, and she's ecstatic with her presents. The quality is 10/10 unmistakable. The customer service is out of this world. Companies just don't operate this way anymore and it was so refreshing. I'm beyond satisfied with this experience, and I will be a lifelong customer. I've purchased dozens of mineral specimens and crystals from FossilEra and I keep coming back for more. There are places out there to spend more (way more) and places out there to spend less. In neither case will you necessarily get a good deal.

But if you are looking to collect specimens, and you can't get to the shows yourself, this place seems like the best option available to me. A wide variety of specimens across a broad array of price points with new additions all the time. And good service always makes it better, thanks everyone!
