We had the absolute pleasure of having Island Blends Acai & Poke cater our kids’ birthday party for over 65 guests, and WOW—what an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, Alisher and his team went above and beyond to make everything seamless, delicious, and beautifully presented.

They arrived early to set up, blending fresh acai and pitaya on-site so every bowl was vibrant and flavorful. The bowls were a massive hit—guests couldn’t stop raving about how tasty they were! Each one was customized to perfection and topped with a gorgeous orchid, adding such a thoughtful, tropical touch.

The truck was spotless and fully sanitized, which gave us peace of mind with food allergies in the mix. Their attention to detail was incredible—from the clean setup to the cheerful menu display and tropical umbrella that brought serious Hawaiian vibes to our party.

Service was lightning-fast and genuinely warm. Communication was a breeze, and the team was so friendly and accommodating. They even invited the kids into the truck for a photo op, which was such a fun and memorable moment!

Alisher is a true professional and clearly passionate about his craft. His kindness and dedication shine through in every interaction and every bowl served. We’re so grateful to him and the Island Blends crew for making our celebration not just delicious, but truly special.

My sister and I went here for the 1st time yesterday. Immediately we were greeted! We loved the décor! I have never tried poke because the thought of eating raw fish was not very appealing to me. I wanted some sort of dessert but not anything with a ton of sugar. I tried the "Nice"cream which is frozen banana blended with oat milk.They put peanut butter, the nice cream blend and topped it with berries, house made granola and a honey drizzle. My sister and I shared it and couldn't believe how good it was. I have a problem with getting low blood sugar after eating sugar but this did not do that to me and I am so thrilled! Kenna was working and not only was she super sweet but very knowledgeable about the company and their products. I also got a small container of the pasta salad with albacore tuna in it. It was the best we have ever had! I was explaining to Kenna my hesitation in trying raw fish and she asked if I would like a sample. I tried the tuna with spicy mayo and I could not believe the creamy soft texture! Next I tried tuna in a soy sesame oil sauce. I couldn't believe how rich and creamy it was. Horrible customer service. The food tasted bland and was the worst poke I've ever had and I LOVE poke. I took a bite of the tuna and it was disgusting so I tried tiny bites of the seaweed salad and rice. I took it to the girl at the counter and said I didn't like it and she said she could not refund it. She said she called her manager who wasn't there and that they don't allow refunds. For how expensive this is?!?! And I tipped the girl at the counter and she couldn't help at all or refund me. I know they can't take the food back since I took a bite but at least refund me. I hate being in situations like this. I live 4 hours away but if I ever visit again I'll never come back here. It has a cool aesthetic but food and customer service were awful. I like never write reviews on Yelp but almost 30$ for one bite of awful food is just a slap in the face. There's so many other restaurants on the street that are likely far better and actually value customer service. Update: I disputed the charge on my credit card and they still declined...
