Very lazy staff, never been to a Subway quite like it. Yesterday we had a large order, so we ordered ahead of time using the Subway app. The app said our food would be ready in 15 minutes, but we waited for about 30 minutes because I know Subways can get busy so we wanted to give them a little bit of extra time. We got there & the 2 girls working were standing around on their phones. We informed them we had placed an order on the app, and they walked over to the machine where the orders print out, and only then started making our order. So we had to wait an additional 15 minutes to actually get our food. My sister had ordered a salad and they made a tuna salad instead of the Turkey salad she had ordered. That was ok with her b/c she likes tuna too, but when she asked for salad dressing they looked at her like she was a complete idiot & informed her that they only had mustard & mayo if she wanted that. Apparently this is the only Subway out of the dozens I've been to that does not have any salad dressings. Rather than argue with the already rude employees, she decided to just go find some salad dressing at home. But when we got home, we realized we were also missing 2 of the items we had paid for. But again, we decided it wasn't worth going back & having to deal with the incompetent employees again. Will never go back to this Subway, worth driving further to go...

All i wanted was sandwiches and ordered a Door Dash pickup and the guy behind the counter acted like i was a major inconvenience for him to make my sandwiches! He said he couldn’t prep any of my sandwiches but then made them all. Ummm, ok! He told me that he only has one rotisserie chicken left and he needed to save it for the week so he was wanting to cancel my order and send me to another Subway. (It’s not my fault that you only have one chicken left, what happened to first come, first serve). He told me he doesn’t have any pickles but he had some in the little container. I let him know i was going to contact his manager tomorrow and he said, “You tell me that after i make your sandwiches.” He told me he has our conversation on video. Then, a lady came in when i was leaving and he told her they were closed (they don’t close until 9, it was 7). I was in my car and he yells out the door, “Mam, maybe you should answer your phone!” Nope, don’t have a missed call and neither does my hubby! Never going there...

I ordered a wrap and asked for the toppings to be toasted. I've had theses wraps a thousand times before and it's never been a problem. Evidently this time I was asking too much of them...
I paid for my food and grabbed a large cup to go with it. I always grab a large ice tea to go with my food, but the container of sweet tea was about empty. I informed the staff that the container was out of tea and was thanked for informing them.
I was content with my half filled cup at the time, assuming the problem would be addressed before I finished my meal.
Once I was done eating I went to go fill my cup once again only to discover nobody took care of it.
I looked over at the person that was supposed to be working the counter and discovered they were glued to their phone. I proceeded to ask if there would be anymore ice tea and was told they simply did not have anymore....
