Kami Teriyaki — Restaurant in Monroe

Besides what the other reviews says... I came here at 10:55AM and I got the beef teriyaki, the beef was burnt and it taste like it was cooked from the day before. When I went back to the restaurant, about 15 minutes later, I asked them for a refund and I brought their/my food back to them to show them (I only had one bit). And i was told by the manager/owner that there are no refund or cash back. She argue with me for about 5 minutes so i left.

Afterwards, I went back to my work to eat the teriyaki, which i'm sorry i ever did. I had a really bad upset stomach and I was throwing up at work. I had to take the rest of the day off.

This was one of the worst teriyaki I have ever had in my while living in...

I hate to say this, but this is the worst teriyaki place I have ever eaten at. I work next to it and have eaten there several times. All have been equally bad. Today I got the beef bento box. The beef tastes like its beginning to rot. There is absolutely something wrong with it and I can't eat it. The miso soup is pretty good. They did not give me the wasabi and ginger for the sushi (second time in a row now), so I had to go back to get it. I got no apology. The fried shrimp is mushy. How is shrimp mushy?

Avoid this place. If you're in the area, go to Asian Spice Chopsticks next...

The costumer service is very bad, the food even worse. I ordered shrimp yakisoba, but it was so sweet, I was crunching the sugar grains in my mouth, and the noodles still have done, the vegetables like just came out of the bag, too much sauce and so watery in the plate. When I talked to the server and cashier she was was very loud and rude, yelling to me that I should have asked for it to be not sweet, when I am trying to say it was extra sweet more than normal. I will not eat there again, even if it was for free. I don’t advice any body...
