Burger Madness — Restaurant in Monroe

We order for the first and last time. Granted it is during the shut down. I was excited to try it for the first time. And I was trying to support small business. I called in my order, which is a larger order because there is 6 of us. It was 5:15pm. I mention this because the guy who took my order behaved frustrated at the size of my order and having to answer 2 questions. I sensed he was annoyed and I apologized and explained that this was our first time ordering. His response was to explain to me that they are busy and closing at 7. I had him on speaker phone and both my older kids and husband were a gasp at how rudely I was treated on the call. We spent $78 for 4 burgers, 2 kids burgers, 3 fries and 1 shake. Upon pick up the treatment was the same. They did not give us our full order. We called them to tell them and the same rude guy did seem to care or offer on his own a solution. The shake was good, nothing special. The burger was mediocre and the fries sucked. I feel a burger fast food chain would have been a better value option taste wise and...

I paid with a single 10$ bill and I couldn't ask for more. I ordered the "all American hamburger" combo. The fries were great, the soda quenching, the sauces were saucy, and most importantly the burger was DELISH.

The fries portion sizes is at least two medium fries at any fast food chain. They dont disappoint, plus the fry sauce(mayo and ketchup) just completes the package.

The burger is overall delicious and suprisling not that small. The one problem I had with it burger was that the patty had a bit too much pepper, but that might just be me.

I highly recommend to order the combo for any of the burgers; if you want the best bang for your buck. I would give this place a 5 star rating because of its value, but I found a piece of hair in the fries. This can happen to anyone but it happened to me -1 star. Would come...

Came in 15-20 minutes before close. Ordered a few fried, ABLT, Blue Cheese, and a peanut butter shake. Walked out around 7:15, a ~30 minute wait with several people in line in front of us. Service was nothing special, but employees were kind, and even gave us an extra fry for free since it would’ve gone to waste. Fries are crinkle cut and served pretty cold. The ABLT was overall delicious, it had a lot of bacon and the right amount of mayo and lettuce. However, the avocado was extremely unripe and had to remove it from the sandwich. My partner tried the Blue Cheese burger, and was surprised to discover it doesn’t contain a sauce but mostly salty cheese chunks which might be appetizing for some.
