Sage runs the show now, and she and her crew possess great knowledge of the products and will help you out with whatever you need. People are very friendly,. They carry high end products and tool not found in big box stores. If they don't have what you need it can usually be delivered to the store the next day. I needed a outdoor electrical enclosures, they didn't have the one that I needed but had it delivered to the store the next day and it was $10 cheeper than Home Depot. I was also impressed with their selection of tools and outdoor LED lights which I have not seen in any other stores. I have shopped there several times to get hard to find items. Needed an end to a generator cord. I was surprised at how high the price was ($70) but the gentleman behind the counter stated that it was a normal price for that particular item. After purchasing the item and I quickly looked online and found the same item for $25 less. Then walked back into the store to return the item and was charged a restocking fee and told that they didn’t even need to take the item back in return and that all sales are final (which is on the receipt you get AFTER you purchase the item).
