I'm sure this post will get deleted because they don't like negative reviews. I took my phone here to get the screen replaced ae Mother's Day gift to me. I have been dealing with this place since May 10th. they originally ordered the wrong Parts stating that I told them the wrong model mind, you the guy took my phone and went into my settings to get the model of my phone. We paid $320 for the new screen and a premium screen protector. After almost 2 weeks of "the part didn't come, still not here" the screen was finally replaced but conveniently they forgot to order the screen protector. After getting the phone back I went home and maybe an hour later my screen went black. Went up there, they said the LCD screen went out and he told me I could use his personal phone until I got mine back. Went a week without phone because "the part didn't come, we couldn't do the order" finally received my phone back and my husband noticed the back of the phone lifting up. He went in told them they needed to fix it, they put a clamp on said leave for 30 minutes and it should close. Get home and 45 minutes later the screen went black again. Husband once again brought phone back and they told him it was now a bad ribbon and they would replace it and ended up "rigging it" they said this time they won't charge him. We demanded a refund and they said best they could do was refund the screen protector. The next day the screen protector fell off and I simply touched my screen and it cracked. When my husband went up to demand a refund they told him that I should of came the day my screen protector fell off and that it's my fault and they will not refund us our money. So now I have a phone that could possibly go black at any point and a cracked screen. They have pretty much stolen $300 and is going to cost me $200 more to get my phone fixed again but this time by actual professional people. I will be reporting them to BBB and quit possibly getting a lawyer to get my money back on top of the money I will have to spend to fix the phone. If I could give them a negative review I would. STAY AWAY...

I did return the iPhone 7, and that's when I got the refund. I still got a bad deal even with a refund because I had to purchase a new phone. My phone worked perfect until I took it to them.
Original post "Went in on a friday for a simple screen replacement. After replacement, the screen did not work. Was told they ordered a part for it and to come back Saturday, left without my phone. Came back Saturday and was told my phone had to be sent to new jersey to repair. They held my phone from me for over 4 weeks. Kept giving me excuses as to why I couldn't get it back. Found out they recycled my phone and told me they ordered me a replacement. A week later, still no phone. They finally gave me a refurbished iPhone 7, it didn't work. Took it back a day later and the only thing I could get from them was a refund for the screen. Still no phone. I had to buy another phone. Terrible service. Lie after lie. 6 weeks without my phone."

For. I stood there trying to get them to repair it he called his boss and they would put the right part on for $100 dollars - I asked what did I just pay for ?
