Sake Express — Restaurant in Monroe

The place stinks like a dirty and sour mop was used very often. Tables were filthy every where , not 1 or 2 but 15 to 20 .While ordering the owners 11 year old daughter was in the middle of a temper tantrum over taco bell. She was making such a scene myself and the 2 couples behind me waiting to orde was watching her be the brat she was. She then started to yell from the kitchen at me and the other customers to stop looking at her and continued to clap her hands in the air and scream like a little hood rat at all of us. The 2 couples behind me left without ordering. I shortly left after them and went to zaxbys, much better there. I will never go back there and would not recommend this smelly nasty brat infested place. For the record she wasn't learning disabled, I asked the cashier. The cashier said it happens...

Drove an hour to pick up an item from Goodys across the street, then stopped here to purchase for my family and I. My food was Hibatchi Chicken for my toddler and HAIR IN MY FOOD ON THE BROCCOLI. Tina, the mgr advised all her staff wears safety on their heads. If a DNA test was done, it would be 100% theirs. Mgr accused me of talking over her, attitude received and an offer of unfair compensation. I lost money, time and a meal. She wanted me to return the meal in a hour drive with food uneaten (as if I'm telling a lie and No I'm not putting food with visable hair into our bodies) No, I will not return for a meal replacement and 25 % off the next order. The biggest reason this is getting 4 stars and not less is all because of the waitress/cook/server/ most hospitable person in that entire building Kate. Not only did she take my order, but also cooked it, and brought it out to me while her coworkers and I'm assuming owners all just stood around laughing and talking. She checked up on me and made sure it was an enjoyable all around experience. Her service alone deserves 5+ stars and if she isnt paid an exceptional wage, she should be. To be clear I dont know anyone at the restaurant and was simply in awe that such great customer service is still...
