Huddle House — Restaurant in Monroe

The waitress was Overwhelmed, she didn't care about getting an order correct she got mine wrong three times she assisted other people that actually shut up between 10 to 20 minutes after I was there my order in that order drawn by her I was giving the wrong order three times by the cook and I had to get someone to cook to give me my order because order was incorrect not once twice but three times she didn't give me any silverware she never asked me if I would like additional refill on my drink. She never came to see if I was okay check up on me at all she got other patrons orders wrong. My salad was completely wrong didn't have croutons on it taste horrible the steak was cold it was no sauce given for my shrimp she didn't ask me for steak sauce she didn't offer it to me. The cook who cooked all the meals have an attitude! The place was a mess nobody seemed to want to clean up after someone had just left notice that another couple came in got an order got their food and I was still waiting for her to even get mine right I end up staying there for 57 minutes and this is the first time I can ever say that I never left one sent that anyone! BTW the below pick was how she finally was able to give me my food and as you can tell by my angle of my phone I was sitting in the opposite direction the place setting only has salt and pepper on the table I even had to ask for a menu 15 minutes after I was already there one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a Huddle House! I went back with 3 of my friends and got the same waitress that I had the first time. I ordered the same dish I had the last time and she messed it up AGAIN! The steak was raw and cold so I asked her to return it...she brought it back and I waited on the salad...AGAIN no salad I got a to box and she finally gave me a salad WITHOUT dressing...now here the situation...My three friends has a coupon for 25% off a dinner. It didn't what type of dinner. The waitress NEVER told us how to use it nor what we could order so I had alrrady ordered my meal and ate it and was ready to pay when SHE TOLD ALL OF US THAT THE COUPON FOR ME WASN'T VALAID.I wouldn't go to this location at all....

This place is running a "in house only" promotional meal to our Veterans on Veteran's Day. On any other year I would be overly appreciative for the kind gesture, as I am sure many Veterans around the US are. This year happens to be the year of COVID19. Currently there are nearly 900 people a day dying from this virus & those are the ones we are aware of. In house dining has been proven time & time again to be a hotspot for spreading the virus. With most of our Veterans having preexisting conditions I called to voice my concerns. I spoke with Stephanie, I voiced my concerns to her about dining "in house" to which she responded "it's a in house promotion, we're not offering curbside" very rudely. I asked to speak to her manager, to which she replied "I am the manger." I said ok I understand what you're saying but because of so many people dying of this virus and most of our Veterans having preexisting conditions I think it's doing a disservice to our veterans by requiring them to eat in the building. Stephanie then asked me if I was "really mad about them offering a promotion that you must eat inside the establishment." I told her that it did concern me and I would like to speak to her district manager or have the corporate number. Stephanie said "Im not going to give that information to you." Then hung up on me. I was shocked at how disrespectful she was and the lack of care she had for our service members. I believe they shouldn't offer anything if they are going to put people's lives at risk to get it. Many of our Veterans look forward to being honored on Veterans Day and a good portion especially during this time could use a nice hot meal. As I stated before it is down right appalling to require them to very seriously risk their lives once again just to get that "promotional meal." Stephanie/Huddle House should have more compassion, respect, and understanding toward our Veterans during this terrible & dangerous time we are living through. Several people I know & myself frequent this establishment. I wont be anymore and I will tell my friends & family to stay away...

My family and i had dinner tonight at this huddle house.I came in and ordered two kids waffles with a meat,an mvp and a hamburger steak. To start off our waitress was not friendly at all. My husband ordered the chop steak and when he cut it open it was rare (pink). He assumed it was going to be cooked done because the waitress didnt ask how he wanted it cooked. Then She came back with two pancakes instead of two waffles. There was no excuse because it wasnt busy. There was 3 tables occupied when we walked in and 4 tables occupied when we walked out. It took 10 minutes to get one cup of coffee. The salad and cheese sticks got to our table before the coffee did. We didnt feel welcome in this resturant at all. Not family friendly. Our waitress told us the toilet was broken by a customer in the ladys restroom so we were forced to use the mens restroom(as a woman that was disgusting) BIG mistake. The second you walk in the smell of urine immediately hits you in the face. There was pee all over the floor,on the seat,and even in the sink. The trash was so overful that it was spilling over onto the floor and toilet paper immediately sticks to your shoes because of the urine on the ground. The sink also had brown dirt spots on in it. Im sorry but there should be someone who could at the very least make sure that restroom is cleaned and sanitized and recieve better service during...
