Nice story, good organization, I am not a professional mechanic by any means , I will do my own repairs and maintenance so I do use my tools. I have never had an issue with any of the Pittsburgh brand hand tools at all. And as far as specific out of the ordinary tool you come across needing, why spend alot of money on an odd tool you might only use once? For example, I needed a 13mm crowsfoot wrench/socket for a corolla power steering line..I got a full metric set here for less than just the one socket of the fancy brand.. and a heck of a lot cheaper than having a mechanic do it... and if I never use them again that's fine, but if I ever happen to need it I have it. I have never tried their expensive professional line of hand tool so I cannot attest to that. As far as the power tools, I only buy power tools from Harbor Freight if it's something I will only need to use once or twice and do not need to depend on. I've been disheartened lately though, Harbor Freight used to have much better deals, ever since the pandemic they have gotten less of a good deal because they removed a lot of good coupons and rarely offer % off coupons, now they want you to sign up for their paid membership to get half of the deals that they used to give everyone. I guess everything has gotten more expensive but the draw of Harbor Freight was getting halfway decent tools very cheap, if it's not cheap anymore then you might as well Buy tools...

My biggest issue is the 20 questions at the register and the cashiers that don’t take no for an answer. Just recently I left my products on the counter without paying and left because of a cashier. After waiting in a long line, the cashier would not stop asking me for my phone number and if I was receiving their catalogs when I repeatedly told him I am not interested and to please cash me out. He then tried to sell me an extended warranty on a little wooden 4 wheel furniture dollie. He knew I was getting annoyed so instead of cashing me out he just kept asking me questions, no wonder why the lines are always long there, not shopping...
