I wish I could give them ten stars! First, I want to thank Rebecca for being so accommodating and understanding during a stressful last-minute situation. I was in LA for a dog show and unfamiliar with the area. After many hours on the road, we found out at the last minute that we wouldn’t be able to prepare and prep our dogs at the venue as planned because they lacked the necessary equipment and supplies.

In a panic, with less than 24 hours before the show, we began searching for dog self-wash facilities. We came across several, but PetNmind stood out as it was fully equipped with everything we needed!

Rebecca greeted us warmly, gave us a quick rundown, and was more than happy to help. The facility was clean, well-organized, and prepared to accommodate all types of dog breeds, which can be hard to find. We explained to Rebecca that we’d be the first ones there when they opened. The next morning, we arrived 20 minutes early, knowing we were pressed for time, only to find Rebecca already there, letting us in early so we could get started on our dogs.

A big thank you to the owner, Rebecca. I was telling her my dog wasn't eating. He had diarrhea. He wouldn't eat pumpkin I bought at grocery store. Listless, etc. She suggested goat milk pumpkin spice. Probiotics. He loved the goat milk! I put that mixed with the probiotic power in his food. No more diarrhea. He's not listless, and gained a proper appetite. I was able to notice a big difference. Alternative choices are a budget saver. We are what we eat, and that goes for our loyal fur babies too. Brought my dog here for a bath recently and had a great experience. The staff was super helpful in showing me how to get started and provided me with a towel and showed me where the shampoo/conditioner, brushes, aprons and all other supplies needed were. There’s also a designated shelf to put all your belongings down while you’re bathing. Everything was very clean and the tub was at a good height and had an optional ramp that was needed for my dog to get up in the tub. Hose and dryer worked really well.
