From the moment I was picking up my special order and dropping off jewelry , she made me feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable, almost like I was catching up with a best friend! Visted this location On Sunday, November 3rd with the intent to purchase some items I felt very unwelcomed I wasn't acknowledge as the other customers I can hear associates asking customers who walked in after me. There were 4 employees working. One was helping a customer at the counter.(Great job!!!) The other 3 ignored the 2 of us in the show room. No one came to acknowledge the customers in the show room. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to ask if I need help. Finally I pointed out what I described above. Then politely explained above said thank you and walked out. Customer service is horrible. I do not recommend this brand new store...
