PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR THESE SCAMS!!!!!!!!!!!! Started off really good with these people bought. My first photo pendant was a great deal then it was another gentleman who kept trying to persuade me to get a chain for the photo pendant that I bought which I thought was a pretty good idea if they had a good deals, they told me the chain that I was getting was a solid 10 karat gold chain I got to fill the chain and everything. The only difference from the chain that I seen in person that day was that it was 14 karat and they said that was not a problem and that they can have a 10 karat solid gold chain for me to pick up next week if If I put a down deposit for a $2000 Chain which is not a problem until I went to go pick up the train the following week they had it prepared for me in a box, which I didn’t get to try on at the time and they told me if I had any problems with the chain I can come back and they will fix it the first day I had my chain I put my photo pendant on which is pretty heavy. That’s why I ordered a solid gold chain and it broke so I went back the next day and asked if they can fix it and also told him this is the wrong ChainI ordered a solid gold chain. They told me that is the right chain and when I also seen the bill for the total of this chain it went to $3200 which blew my mind because now I’m so far in this debt and when I asked, why did the amount go up they told me because it is an expensive chain that is made somewhere special and the free gifts that they gave me is also why the price went up which doesn’t make sense to me when I didn’t ask for the gifts and they kept insisting when I also said no this is the worst place to ever go spend your money at. I am a manager at a solution company and make pretty good enough money to where I will never spend a dime at this place again until I get my stuff fixed and sorted out. !!!!!!!PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR THESE...

My first time doing business with this company (and during Covid). I can’t thank Jo-Lynn enough, she’s the manager, very professional and personable—and she takes care of business. I found a special ring for my love in less than 20 minutes of my arrival. Never happens. I usually call ahead at places these days bc I don’t want to risk walking into any unnecessary and putting myself at risk for the sake of my loved ones—Jo-Lynn answered immediately, told me exactly what inventory she had. When I arrived, there was not only exactly what she promised, they even hand sanitizer and napkins, everything was immaculate. They had the best selection of Tungstens I have seen. This place has the most unique and larger selection for masculine jewelry, unlike the other commercial retailers selling the same gaudy valentine’s type of designs. I was able to find exactly what I wanted, and Jo-Lynn helped me customize and engraved for me, within 2 days. Roma & Ed were very helpful with style and design recommendations as well. A very welcoming, friendly, and professional team. I can’t say enough great things, from the beginning to the final touches in the end. Thank you Jo-Lynn. Best jewelry place at Montclair Mall I won't go anywhere else I found my spot. Staff was amazing they have a really good team working there. They were all so friendly it made me feel safe and cared for. From the moment I walked in to when I left. MARIAH C. Went above and beyond on helping me! she knew exactly what I wanted without me saying much. That's how good she is with her job and how much she actually cares about satisfying her customers needs.
