We moved here from out here of state and were very nervous about finding the right place, but right from the start, Erin was super friendly and down-to-earth. We toured A LOT of apartment complexes in Essex county and none of them left the impression that Erin and Montclair Arms left on us. She remembered our names and made us feel like family. She was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs and was a joy to work with! The process was fast and seamless because Beatrice was extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in a rental. Erin held my hand throughout the rental process and was extremely communicative and supportive every step of the way. Move-in day was a breeze and Erin and the rest of the crew made sure everything was set including when I had a challenge with Verizon which they efficiently solved.
