Michael and his team are incredible! Michael recreated a pair of costume earrings in 14k gold for me and they were perfect! However, it was my experience with another pair of earrings I purchased that takes the cake!!! I absentmindedly dropped my earrings in the the street while getting out of a car. When I realized I’d lost them I ran out to find them crushed in the street. I was devastated! Only one of the earrings survived… albeit very damaged. I went back to Michael - sadly he no longer had the same pair but he assured me he’d try to make or find another pair. He delivered on that promise AND came up with an ingenious idea to create a pendant out of the one earring that was damaged.
