Title: *Angry Voices: Reject ATT clerks' Consumer Fraud! * In today's commercial society, consumers deserve fair and transparent services, rather than falling victim to commercial fraud. However, it is shocking that ATT clerks frequently commit consumer fraud against consumers, seriously damaging the interests of consumers. As consumers, we are angry and firmly oppose this. First of all, the fraudulent behavior of ATT clerks is not just an isolated phenomenon, but a serious systemic problem. Consumer reports point out that some clerks deliberately mislead consumers, bundle high-priced packages with unnecessary services, and even force users to add additional fees without informing them. This behavior not only violates consumers' right to know, but also seriously tramples on consumers' trust. We have the right to know what products or services we are buying, and any fraudulent operations are a betrayal of integrity. Secondly, as a world-renowned telecommunications company, ATT should set a benchmark for the industry in terms of business ethics, rather than condoning the deception of clerks. The lack of an effective supervision mechanism within the company allows some clerks to commit fraud unscrupulously. Consumers are forced to pay for services they have not used, and some customers have even been signed into long-term contracts without knowing it. Such operations have caused consumers great distress and even put them in long-term financial difficulties. We can no longer tolerate this kind of fraud to continue! Consumers are not lambs to be slaughtered, and their rights and interests need to be protected by both law and morality. ATT must be held accountable for these frauds and take immediate measures to establish a transparent consumption process, strengthen internal management, and eliminate any form of consumer fraud. We call on all consumers who have suffered similar frauds to stand up, speak out bravely, and jointly resist these unethical practices. Only with the united protests of consumers will ATT and other telecom companies realize that they cannot ignore the rights of consumers. What we need is a fair, transparent and just consumption environment, not being deceived and exploited. ATT, stop your fraud! Consumers will no longer be silent, we will fight for our rights and interests! Consumer fraud is a ruthless blow to consumer dignity, and we cannot tolerate this behavior to...
Read moreI am literally blown away by the high-level of: friendliness, enthusiasm, helpfulness, patience, cellular phone knowledge, and professionalism that A T & T Retail Staff Worker named Sue has provided.
I purchased a new i - phone 13 mini, and she eagerly assisted me in buying the loviest case & screen glass protector for it … She even helped me put the accessories on, and taught me how to use the new functions on my latest, upgraded phone from SE to i - phone 13 mini.
As I was transferring material from the old to new smart phone, I discovered that not all will carry over from i - cloud. Sue spent a few hours instructing me on how to transfer the remaining 10% of: videos & various types of photos myself. She was multi - tasking, as other customers entered the shop to: pay bills, ask questions, or upgrade their service.
I highly recommend Sue and believes she should be promoted and praised. She is an excellent worker and person who offers exceptional and personalized customer service. She deserves all the stars in the sky.
