Pronto Donuts — Restaurant in Monterey Park

I just went to this place for the first time and had a horrible experience when I asked for a $10 box they had on there menu she didn't tell me the donuts I picked we're different prices and so when she rang me out it turned out to be $20. And when I asked why so much she said you should have paid attention to the menu instead of explain to me that the donuts I was picking we're at different prices. She was extremely rude about it until after she put back the donuts I didn't want she picked a few donuts without asking me if you're in the box and just said is $10. Before I left it took a photo of the prices just to put up on Google so other people can know she threw a fit that I was taking photos in your store. I did not see any signs saying otherwise and so I told her that. This will be the last time I ever go back to this place and I hope other see...

Walked in to Prontos Donut shop on Garvey Ave. Let me just say that I haven't been in there since October 1st of 1987 during the Whittier Narrows Earthquake. Let me tell you

Kind service and was patient with me as a first time customer. I got half a dozen, I believe two of my donuts were an extra buck and my 6 donuts cost me $10.oo total. I came in the late afternoon, and I got to say, the donuts were fluffy, great exterior texture too and flavor. They ran out of buttermilk bars though, hopefully I can come by early enough to try them next time.
