I had such an uplifting experience at Banana Republic this morning, took their survey but no room to tell about it (!?), only to mention names of those who helped. I hope management reads this: I have been on the front line since @ 1970, all jobs handling the public. When I go somewhere, I do appreciate help. First, Barton was there to greet, guide, supply and assist. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. After he got called away, Faythe was right there to help, and a big help she was. I continued to shop and met, Mayra, who assisted me at the register. Thought that I was finished but had another question, Lindsay, completed the task in finding an item at another store. Each person was so kind and well-informed. I found clothing I liked, they fit, I'm a happy camper. With a sale going-on, I will bring my husband soon. I've been shopping at BR for 30 years! When they bring back their khaki fitted-shirt, let me know. The ownership in this area must be proud of their staff, they helped me tremendously and made me feel so good. Thanks!!
Here's an edit, no place did this Google say, write a Review, so I'll add to my old one (now, 3/24/18). Sorry for the other customer's experience re: snobby staff. I was just there and Emily greeted and helped me, then, Lee assisted in the dressing area with more garments, finally, Jillian did a great job at check-out. All were genuinely helpful, personable, and kind.....I like that treatment! Must say that my stellar review (prior) didn't get anyone to call re: khaki shirts, but I got one anyway. I've been waiting since the 30 yr. old one I had didn't fit anymore. Perhaps they didn't have my number. Don't like their billing system with the card, but it's not the fault of the staff. Hope the Company wakes up to that situation. The truth of the matter is: Emily, Lee & Jillian are there right now performing a super job. Go! They will help, I promise. 'My Guy', Barton, had a well-deserved afternoon off, he's Fabulous!!!!! But this way, I got to meet theses fantastic ladies!!

Read moreBest shopping experience ever. When I first walked in I was greeted by a shorter assertive employee but thankfully this dark haired woman comes from the back and she immediately caught my eye her style and look was different than everyone else in the store. She greets me with a warm smile and welcomes me in she asks if she can help me shop for anything and I was kinda intimidated cause she looked so cool and I looked like a bum but her energy was so down to earth I felt instantly comfortable. As Im telling her the event I needed clothes for she starts pulling things from the rack she didn’t even ask my size but she’s a professional. She was so attentive and picked out clothes I never would have picked for myself but I felt so cool. I bought a complete look shoes shirt pants belt even underwear anything she picked i felt so cool in. I’ve never been shopping anywhere and had an experience like this. She even had a cool name, i want to say thank you so much Avaria you went above and beyond I will be back next time I’m in town. I’d happily let you pick all my clothes for me. I never felt more GQ I definitely didn’t feel out of place at the event I was attending (which I normally do) I couldn’t believe the attention I got. I’m telling you guys this girl knows her stuff. I feel bad I took so long to write a review but I needed to give this girl her proper praise I appreciate all your help so much Avaria you rawk! Fellas date nights or anytime you need to impress anyone go see this girl trust me you’ll recognize her she’s the coolest dressed tattooed girl in the store I think she’s the manager. Thank you Banana Republic and Most...
