Whitney's Chevrolet — Local services in Montesano

What a wonderful personable experience with Whitney Chevrolet service department! We were towing an RV trailer from Michigan. Our 24 Chevy Tahoe had an emissions service message for the diesel engine and was about to limit our speed until it was fixed. We dropped the camper off at the campground and went directly to Whitney’s after speaking with Dodie their service manager. Their diesel Specialist, Joe was already fully booked , but fit us in for a diagnostic. It needed an EGR valve, but it was only available in another dealership over an hour away. Dodie set us up with a loaner car and we went back to our campsite. Turns out the part was wrong, and another part was obtained ASAP the next morning. These two Whitney employees would not be denied helping us. We were kept in the loop for this repair with frequent texts. Joe, our mechanic worked many extra hours on his shift and personally drove to get the part at 6 AM. Both Dodie and Joe came in Saturday morning to finish the job and kept us on schedule for our son‘s wedding at Mount Rainier a few days later. Purchased a used SUV that was on the lot. The car had just had a full service and brake job done before i looked at it. While I was waiting for the paperwork to be done, one of the salesman asked me if I was thirsty, i said "yes, i would love some water." The salesman looked in the fridge at the dealership and the water bottles were gone. Without him saying a word to me, he ran across the street to the convenience store and bought me a bottle and ran back with it. Now that is great customer service! The car was a fair price and the Finance people were very good and quick. I drove the car for a few days after and the "check engine light" turned on. I called my salesman and he asked if i could take it right down the next morning so they could look at it. I took the car down and they got it right in the shop when I arrived, they replaced a sensor in the fuel tank and gave me right back my car with no money out of my pocket, The total time was about 45 minutes. Use at own risk wish they state would shut them down update this place not only stole one of my vehicles through a shady transaction. They stole my new car through bad lending practices. They had the local police office threaten me. They threaten to take me to court over there mistake not only did I lose one vehicle that I owned at the time through their shady shameful disgraceful business practices, but I lost two vehicles that I had the title to both of them. I had the title for the vehicle I bought through them. I would never recommend anybody use this business the owner is a disgraceful ““ human being“” I told him they made a mistake. They know they made a mistake yet they still intimidated me and threatened me and my family. Do not go here unless you want everything you own taken from you and get nothing in return.
