Subway — Restaurant in Monticello

Went to this location the evening of 11/5. Three young men with long hair were working. They were not wearing hair nets or hats and kept brushing their hair out of their eyes with their gloves. Only one person was working the front line for inside which had about 5 people. The other two were wearing gloves and passed through to the back line to the drive through line. We waited 20 min watching poor hygiene habits. The service was very slow. Eventually the young man rang up a customer, handled CASH with his gloves still on, and preceeded to walk directly back to the next customers sandwich digging his dirty gloves into all the veggie bins. That is where I drew the line and we left hungry. Super disappointed in the practices displayed by these young men. It is not a lot of extra work to change out gloves or wash your hands. I would have happily waited even longer to see...

01/04/22 @ 10:39am. So I go to the drive through to order. Select that i want the veggie delight. Then the machine says select the sandwich you would like 6 inch or 1ft long. It doesn't even show it as option to select. I go into the store and some guy in the back says welcome to subway and he's helping the lady at the drive thru. The other employee that is out front just continues stocking the chips, like there’s crowds of people there buying them. Doesn’t greet. Then she takes a pile of chips and puts them on the counter. You would think that she would help at that point, no she continues to stock the chips behind the counter. At that point I just leave. Poor customer service is what that is. I didn’t come there to watch you put up the chips. Theres plenty of time to do that on the down. Just think if thats the best...

This place is dirty. Tables not wiped, some of the veggies looked like they should be tossed in the trash. The drink station was gross too, it wasn't even busy there either. Ladies room needed cleaning and this vent right above the toilet was covered in thick dust! My husband went to the men's room and a worker just walked out and when he went to dry his hands there was no paper towel. While he waited for me to come out of the ladies room nobody went into the men's room to put paper towels in there. He told me about it and then remembered this was the location he visited in the past where a girl working there was going to put brown lettuce on his sandwich. He said, "don't you have any other lettuce besides that?" She rolled her eyes and got fresh lettuce. Just don't visit this location, they...
