Well I was disappointed 😔. I hadn't been in the place or ordered in quite a few years. So I found out they had changed ownership. I was trying to order; it took awhile & the New owner seemed adjitated that I was needing time & asking questions. I said I can wait & if you don't have time to answer questions? The phone wasn't ringing & it didn't appear as if they were super busy. The menu was lacking more then a few items from the original owner or even most Pizza places. So I had to ask to make it faster I'm case I was missing the fine print or ingredients on a separate area. The owner made the situation tense. When I got home & had a chance to try it, it was worse then a very bad frozen pizza from the store. I ordered Italian Sausage & onion they only offered yellow onion not red. Kept pushing for me to do deluxe mix with green peppers. I latter found out why. They already have them mixed pre cut for the day thrown together. Or they are frozen & thawed in a mix & not fresh. Because I could taste green peppers on my pizza. I don't like that taste any more. Which is why I ordered Sausage, Mushroom, & Onion. The sauce had zero flavor & I couldn't even see any Italian sausage it was so Miniscule I literally only found a few crumbs of it scattered across the whole thing. No Spinach on the menu or choice of onion. Nor Onion that's not soaked in w/ green peppers. Not worth the high cost. Sorry 2 the new owners but your a definite no for me. Read moreAfter our last bad experience, a Primo Pizza manager called , gave us a free pizza & apologized for the poor service & food. We have since ordered from them a few times and everything has been great! So, my review is changed from a 1 star to 5 stars. Thank you Primo Pizza.

Primo Pizza has been our go to pizza delivery for many years & has been great! We have ordered it to our cabin & home.
We tried ordering to a friend's cabin last night online & it wouldn't recognize the address, then tried another neighbor's cabin address & again wouldn't let us order and they are closer to Monticello than our cabin. I called the store & the guy wouldn't take the order over the phone because they were busy. He said to order on the app & spent 5 minutes exposing the app! So frustrating. Finally, we ordered on the app & had it delivered to our house.
It said 40 minutes. After 70 minutes, I called. The pizza was done, but there was no delivery person there. Finally, they delivered them after 1 hr & 45 minutes & one pizza was burnt! So disappointing & frustrating!

Read moreOn Monday May 22 my daughter ordered 8 pizzas for her husbands birthday party on Saturday May 27. Her husband went to pick them up at 3:30 that day and there was a sign on the door. I’ll be back at 4?? Who does that when someone is picking up their order? My daughter went back up there at 4 and a guy was making a pizza and asked what we we’re waiting for. We said 8 pizzas that we ordered Monday. To our surprise he said he voided it. He said he called and got voicemail. Ok? Why didn’t you leave a voicemail then letting us know there was a problem. His answers was he want to talk directly to her. When asked if there was someone else we could talk to he said he was the owner! What kind of owner does this? So we’re there and he not once said sorry, never told us the reason he voided the order. And if he wanted to talk to her directly he should have made eye contact with her when she was there. He just kept making other pizzas and totally blew her off. She then sends FB message to him about his unprofessional and lack of communication skills and he sends her back an angry face. She should be the one sending angry faces. You totally left her high and dry without food for her husbands...
