Olde Towne Deli — Restaurant in Boonton

I came here once before when visiting my mother ages ago and remembered it being good, but I came the other day to bring a taste of jersey back to maryland for my fiancé and good lord I need to make a point of coming here every visit to boonton 😱

I had a Taylor ham, egg, and cheese for breakfast and it did not disappoint, especially with the ooey gooey cheese 🤤 I had half an Italian sub for lunch and the other half for lunch the next day, and it was essentially the perfect sub in every way, and it wasn’t all soggy and gross the next day either! As I was watching the employees work and saw the line grow and grow, I decided to get a chicken salad sandwich as well bc it’s hard to find a good one and yup…I found it. Seasoned perfectly and ADD BACON! Takes it to the next level.

Bread was clearly fresh and the perfect consistency, meat and cheese in abundance, and the people working there were incredibly friendly and worked fast!

MUST VISIT! Coming from a born-and-raised new jersian turned Marylander who mourns the loss of easy access...

I can't receommend Olde Towne enough! The food is great - everything is fresh and delicious, The people running it are just awesome human beings - friendly without being overwhelming, the kind of place where you visit for the first time and feel completely welcome and you are already thinking about your next visit before you've even left.

I am born and rasied NJ - my one true comfort food is Taylor Ham egg and cheese on a hard roll (SPK!) and Olde Towne's is the best! There is a shop MUCH closer to my home but you can taste they never clean the grill - I drive past them right to Olde Towne because why would you settle for anything less when the best is just a little further down the road!?

Cash only, but they have an ATM inside and there is a bank down the street that is a really quick walk ... so, no problem! There is parking behind the deli and along the streets. If you are in the area, you owe yourself a trip...

Listen to me if you want quality food from quality people this is where you go, every now and then if I'm in a rush after I drop my son off at school I go to the bagel shop over by Walmart their staff is extremely rude and they act like they're bothered when you order, I've been using Old Town since I was a small girl I'm 31 years old now, never experienced any issues my food is always always always above quality John and the rest of the staff they are very friendly and intimate with their customers they usually know you by first name by far the best Taylor ham egg and cheese that you will buy in New Jersey, highly recommend, if I could give them 10 Stars I would this is the place to go to if you want quality the Taylor ham egg and cheeses are perfect never too much ketchup never too much anything perfect, thank you old town for what you do and keeping such an intimate setting and never changing your quality of...
