Worst customer service ever! Brought my iPhone in for a new battery And after about two hours they told me my phone would not turn on that the battery they installed was possibly defective. I asked them to put my old battery back in then and said that was against their policy. So i then asked them to get another new battery And they said they didn’t have any. So o asked them to call the other best buys in the area and see well had a battery And they said they aren’t allowed to to that. They said i just had to drive sound to all of them And check myself. I went in with a perfectly operating phone with just bad battery life and i left work a phone that will not operate at all. I suspect the new battery they installed isn’t bad but they damaged my phone while working on it. Had a question about a sound bar and before they could even finish the question he said “oh I don’t know anything about sound bars but what’s your question”.
