We visit whenever we can and I have made several other purchases and am always delighted to see the new items that have come into the gallery since my first purchase!!

This just arrived (#166 - Wanderlust) from Juelerye in NC, and oh my goodness! Jacqueline's attention to detail and customer service are absolutely impeccable! I ordered this on Saturday (1/16/21), she called me to thank me for my order ( I missed the call but had a lovely voicemail) and informed me that it would be shipped on Monday. It arrived today, with a lovely thank you note and a small sample of hand cream that she sells in her store, that is a customer favorite! I cannot thank her enough! This shop is amazing! My good friend told me about it and shared what a good experience she had when she ordered her Sid Dickens tiles. I was amazed at the wide selection of tiles there were to chose from. I especially appreciated the personal service I received placing a phone order. Jacquie and her husband helped me arrange my tiles in several different configurations, took pictures, and sent them to me so I could make a decision. It was the next best thing to being there and see my grouping in person! Jacquie was extremely patient with me as I made my decision on which tiles to choose. I ended up going with her recommendation and trust me it was the correct one for my situation. My package arrived in two days and everything was superbly packed. A quaint lil art & gift shop nestled in the town of Cornelius, NC where customer service, attention to detail, and satisfaction are like none other. Having found this shop via a google search for a Sid Dickens tile retailer in NC, I called and spoke with Jacqueline (the owner) who helped me get the tile I wanted shipped out that day to arrive just in time for my father's birthday. Ever since that day, I have reached out for several other purchases, be it Sid Dickens or Houston Llew, and have had nothing less than excellent assistance.
