The staff is always incredibly friendly, and the store is always super clean.
I will always go here for my gym clothing needs as well as my bike repair needs.
I went in there tonight within an hour of closing, and the gentleman behind the bike counter was more than friendly and got my bike repaired in a matter of minutes. I believe his name was Sam. Thank you!
Update (8/1/2023): Another fantastic experience at this place. Everybody here is always so upbeat, willing to help you, and just pleasant. The gentleman who helped me buy a new pair of shoes tonight never hesitated to grab me additional pairs to try on and just had the best attitude. Read moreI made an on-line order, but the Bison hoodie I wanted didn't show up in the GREEN that I wanted. I called customer service and talked to BRIANNA. She did her computer magic and found what I really wanted and was able to change the order.
A few minutes later and I was back shopping on Scheels on line and found something else I needed to have. I called customer service back and BRIANNA answered the phone again. She laughed as I introduced myself and said that she had talked to me a few minutes ago. Then she gave me directions on how to fix my order quickly so I could get the extra item.

Read moreBrought four pair of skates to be sharpened on Thursday Nov. 9. We waited almost a full hour for these four pair of skates (no line ahead of us). Later that evening our son gets on the ice for hockey practice only to find that his edge is so messed up he can't stay on his feet. This kid has been skating for 10+ yrs so no lack of ability. All our skates needed to be reworked. I placed a call just to let scheels know the situation not asking for any compensation.
