When I ordered from here I always order for delivery of course. Always directly from the restaurant not through a delivery app unless you feel like paying almost twice as much. I think every single order I've made since they moved to this location has arrived very well made and always accurate. I'm not real wild about some of their super thicker crusts like in the box meals. The last time we ordered got the breadsticks for the first time in quite a while. I had forgotten how good they really are. Even though It's a ways to go from where they are now to where I'm at It always arrives hot and super super fresh. I love the fact that they have not only wings now but french fries as well. Always a nice little treat to have, especially their Cajun fries which I order pretty much every time. We haven't ordered the wings as often lately because they had gotten quite small for a while, Still really good but needs to be more meat on the bone to make it worth it. Have always liked their food. Love that they have the larger selection now. When I was in my teens we'd order, by phone, of course, from out at the farm when we were running into town for something. Then we'd have to watch the time to make sure We got there just about the time it was getting ready little before little after whichever. Would always try and time our trips so that it was either the last place or almost the last place we stopped before we headed back home. They were good about waiting 15-25 to start it When we didn't have someone who is at the house and could wait 25 minutes to call in. It was always one of those things we always got excited about. Since living out in the country like we did we couldn't exactly order delivery regularly. Every one of their restaurants I've ever been to when we go and eat in or even just stop to pick one up, they've always been very homey with a warm inviting atmosphere. So Even now when I order from it right from the first bite it just kind of brings you back there, to that warm inviting restaurant, With the friendly staff that always made you feel like you were dear old friends. With the dim lighting and the relaxed cozy atmosphere. That made you feel welcome and invited even when it was super busy feeling like a...
Read moreAfter placing my order i was was called and told they were out of breadsticks and asked if we still wanted our pop that was in a combo with the breadsticks, we said no, but still received a soda and was charged for it. (Only found out when i paid) Waited an hour and 40 minutes for our pizza, we were 4 minutes from the store. The store said we were the next order and the driver just walked in. 40 minutes later we get our pizza. During this time I received a corporate discount to make up for the lack of service and upon calling the store multiple times (as they stopped answering the phone after they the pizza was over an hour late) I finally got a response and the manager, Michelle, gave me another discount telling me to tell Keanu, the delivery person, that Michele said the price is 12.13 or 13.12 (one of the two, I can't recall) It may have been a slip of the tongue bit during my call Michele told me that Keanu "had another drive before you" when I asked for clarification since last time I called over 40 minutes ago I was told I was the next order going out. When I asked this she backtracked and said that Keanu had a delivery after mine. Finally, I receive the pizzas, and drink after an hour and 40 minutes since ordering. Both pizzas were barley lukewarm and both were cold after one piece. The crust was a cold, hard, unchewable mass. Today I check my transaction history and find I was charged a third more than I was supposed to be. Michele told me the first discount was already on the order, and then she claimed she placed a other discount. Either she did not apply the discount and lied to me, or Keanu, the delivery driver generously gave himself a tip, as I didn't because it doesn't take 40 minutes to drive down the street. At least one employee at this establishment is responsible for overcharging my card, stealing from me, and I...
Read moreI received a fee pizza coupon from this location a week prior because they were a few minutes late on my delivery (I hadn't even noticed they were late), so I thought great.... free pizza! I placed my order for the free pizza and decided that since they were delivering I would add some extra food that wasn't really needed because I hated to make them deliver just a free pizza. I placed my order at 6:20 pm and I believe it said a 50-60 minute wait. No problem..... a lot of people are ordering due to COVID 19. I received a phone call from the delivery driver at 7:38 pm asking what town I lived in and telling me I ordered from the wrong location (remember this same Pizza Hut delivered to me a week before and gave me this free coupon). I told her the address I gave is correct and she says "I am on my way". The pizza is 18 minutes late at this point..... no big deal. 8:10 p.m. comes along and still no pizza. I call Pizza Hut and the guy on the phone says "that was delivered already". I told him no it wasn't because it was my order and I don't have it. He replies... oh that's right..... the driver can't find your place, she has been back to the store once already saying she can't find it. He tells me to wait 15 more minutes and see if she shows up. 5 minutes later my door bell rings and I finally get my pizza at :8;15 pm! Almost 2 hours after my order. The pizza was cold, the wings were soggy and the bread sticks were hard. I look at my receipt and the food left for delivery at 6:51 pm and had been riding around in the delivery vehicle for almost and hour and a half. The food was awful by this time and of course I was out $30 on a "free pizza" coupon because I was trying to be nice and ordered food that wasn't needed but didn't want to be "that person" whom only orders free food. ...
