Unfortunately this place has really gone down hill over the most recent few years. Management here is horrible. In the last two years that have had at least 3 Postmasters come and go. As a small business owner who mails large volumes of packages, we are instructed to leave our packages on the counter, just to have them go missing. When we come in to find out where our packages are then the Postmaster insinuates we didn't;t actually mail the package... there is ZERO advantage to doing that as a small business owner. Many times throughout the years with our incoming mail it shows delivered only to be found in another persons P.O Box. Multiple times one of the decent people there (Chuck) have had to open the postal boxes in the lobby to find our mail was placed in another box by mistake. The worst part though is the attitude of the PostMasters. The Postmasters behave as if they are beyond reproach. This sets the stage for the pompous attitudes of many of the others that are now there. Gone are the good old days when there were people there who want to help (Bev, Andrea, Sarah, Shelly, Cory)...now it just reaks of incompetent arrogance.... thanks to PostMasters like, Escarlette, Jon LaDoucer, and "Bob"... I sincerely HOPE you do not have to talk to the newest Postmaster because the smell of cigarettes and arrogance will knock you over.    Read morefirst of all, I’d like to give a shout out to Rich, who works in the 56560 area code. He goes way above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to finding packages. Myself, and several other people in my building are totally blind, and we can’t always locate our items… If they are too big to fit in a mailbox. Our leasing agents can’t seem to find them either. Rich just delivered me a package that ended up across the street in another building. He didn’t have to do that. I really would recommend and in his file, because, he really seems like he cares about his customers, and delivering his packages where they should be, and he is kind to boot. When they do finally sort it and it’s out for delivery, they make up some excuse as to why they couldn’t deliver it that day even thought it’s been out for delivery since early in the morning. This has happened on multiple occasions. It’s like they decide they are tired of driving around and will just deliver the follow day. So frustrating and nothing will change because they know we need the postal service so they do as they please.
