Where to start? What to say? Crackhead cashier? Food chopped up till it's mush? Nasty flattops? It doesn't take Gordon Ramsey to know what wrong with a place.. I work in this industry too and have been to multiple grand junctions. Allow me to describe my experience here: I come in around 7:30ish and see this cashier with a band-aid on his upper lips, teeth that are a dentist's wet dream and can barely hold himself up. Anyhow, come the time to order: "-chicken junction, please. -Small, medium, large? -Small. -Lettuce, tomato, onions? -Yeah, everything on it. - and you said small right? -yes, a small. -with everything on it? -yes, everything. -ok, and you said a chicken junction. -yeah, man -Alright, and did you want to make that a combo? -no, just with a pop. - Ok, and you said lettuce, tomato onion? -Yes. -For here or to go? -To go." So I don't know if he was drunk but I think he was on something else considering his state.. To continue, I walked passed the flat tops that looks like they haven't been cleaned in a week with a grease trap that's probably overflowing and let alone the fact that if you're vegetarian or GF or have any type of allergy I would not recommend. As I am waiting for my sandwich to be made I just wonder what the state of their fridge looks like if this (crack)shier was a a mirror reflection of their business because so far it has been.. Tak Tak Tak what is this noise that disrupted from thinking about the whole kitchen they have back there? Just the flattop cook chopping down my chicken junction to something I might be able to slurp up with a straw. No respect in the produce whatsoever; you don't need to destroy that poor chicken and mushroom sandwich. As u was waiting I see my (crack)shier pull his car closer from the store which I'm like at this point "This guy can't take an order, let alone drive a car?". Anyways took my sandwich to go from grand grand junction. Note: I couldn't distinguish what was in my sandwich so I'm not sure if got the right sandwich?! Maybe...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI grew up on MHD GJ. This place is so terrible now. The last 4 years it had gone down hill. I just got a Cordon bleu it had no lettuce or tomatoes on it when I got home. There was no honey mustard to taste just cooked meat. The fries had no seasoning. WTH. Maybe this location needs to just close down instead of ruining a great company name. Horrible food. Will not return. I didnāt even give the food 1 star because it was not good. Threw the fries in the trash and half my sandwich.
So now you have to ask for honey mustard which comes on the sandwich. You also have to ask for lettuce and tomatoes if you want them on it also. You also have to ask for seasoning on your fries. Not sure how you have made this better. Also I shouldnāt have to read the menu to order something I have ordered there sense the day it first opened. I can go to 19th or 25th and not āreadā the menu and get the sandwich I have always gotten for years. Also how would I know the Moorhead location made yet another change to their sandwiches (sense you have owned it) in the last year when I havenāt gone there in over a year because of the last pore experience I had there. I ordered a sandwich that didnāt come with mayo on it then, brought it back and was told I did order that sandwich and that I was just trying to get free food. I use to eat Moorhead GJ weekly, that changed real quick about 4 years ago. Sorry for the bad review but thatās not on me to have to come all the way back to the store so you can fix something that shouldnāt have needed...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is a disaster. I was there with my client who recommended this restaurant and was very excited about eating here. The problem is that their system is inherently flawed. If nobody writes down what the customer ordered, the sandwich goes from station to station with nothing other than memory of the order takers and whether or not they choose to communicate it correctly to those who are finishing the sandwich preparations. We waited for 40 minutes and when we got to the cashier, she literally had to open each sandwich up to even tell what kind it was, as the trimmings were covering the meat. Both of our sandwiches were finished incorrectly and we were asked to return to the line and reorder, after waiting 45 minutes already. She stated it would only take five minutes to remake, but when we went to order again, the chef was so aggravated that the sandwiches had to be remade, that he just ignored us for five more minutes, before we walked out went somewhere else to eat lunch. All of this could be avoided by simply taking the order down, like every other restaurant on the planet, and the ticket following the sandwich down the line so each employee can clearly see what was ordered. It's not that...
