I used to really enjoy Pizza Patrol, but I've had a couple experiences I could care less for. Once we had placed a $40.00 dollar order that never showed up. That was cool once I learned about it from the wife. My last two orders took over 2 hours to get delivered... We live 2.2 miles away. Both times the pizza arrived cold. One of those orders was missing items. If you like playing a guessing game of whether you'll get your food or not, this is the place for you. If you like microwaving your entire order and turning everything into scented rubber, again, this is the place for you. Our most recent order arrived, you guessed it, 2 hours late and cold. It also looks like it was pieced together from multiple pizzas. Grabbed one slice, took a bite, and yup, scented rubber. Straight into the trash can. 10/10 don't recommend Pizza Patrol. Unless you hate your money or yourself.

The pizza had the wrong crust, it was burnt and super salty for some reason. It was absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever had and it cost $30. Ridiculous. If there wasn’t ten people behind the counter getting paid to stand around then maybe they could lower their prices. The website doesn’t tell you when your order is ready and they don’t ever try to let you know even when they have your email and number. Every other pizza place in town is officially better than the place I used to recommend to everyone new to town. After 20 years of eating here, I’m done.

I don't believe I've ever had this pizza, if I did it was a long while ago, but I'm kicking myself for not ordering from this place sooner. Absolutely delicious pizza! I ordered delivery, and the employee on the phone was very polite and patient. The food came exactly when they said it would and it was much better than I expected. A savory, buttery crust, the perfect amount of sauce and cheese and a just the right amount of toppings. It's was a well balanced pizza and would highly suggest it to anyone.

I have been a customer of Pizza Patrol for over 20 years. I used to mark them as a gold standard for the area, with friends from out of town, or even lovers getting the suggestion for their carryout deal, but over the past year or so, that hasn't been a very good option.

We'll start with the food. Any time before 5 PM, order, definitely. You'll get better service during the day time, though I'm starting to think that that might be because there's almost always only one dude there who takes his job VERY seriously. Probably one of the most outstanding service experiences you'll get during the day in this town. At night time, things start to fall off. This may be because their cooks at night are slacking off, with more than four times the staff that they need, but I never get a good amount of toppings, my pizza is always either overcooked or undercooked (no matter how you order it, this winds up being the case), and they can never seem to fully cut their pizza.

Next up is customer service; now, don't get me wrong, the day time is GREAT, but at night you'll get all the class clown types who like to tell jokes while making orders, and just some really unsavory people who act questionably. I've even come by the store and heard one of the older employees screaming at younger ones, with management or the owner within earshot. There are a lot of issues with this place, and while I could deal with a few messed up pizzas a month, I wish that there were other options for late night ordering around here, because between the lack of good nighttime service, the awful job put into the food at night, and the apparent issues going on inside of the store, there's just no point ordering a pizza past 5 PM. Almost no reason in them staying open so late, honestly, they could save some money by firing the night time crew and just closing at 11 every night instead. Recent choices, like removing deals over the holidays to wring more money out of people, speak for themselves...

This is my favorite pizza place, and I have been ordering from them for 20 years. The price and taste are great for those on a budget, and they often have specials which are a really great deal.

But last night my view changed when I waited for more than an hour and a half to receive my pizza which was very abnormal. Subsequently my pizza was not hot and fresh, but looked as though it had been sitting out for a while (the cheese was not melty as it usually was). After eating the sub par pizza, I headed off to bed and woke 4 hours later with food poisoning. My husband and brother also woke soon after with the same symptoms, which caused us all to miss work today.

When I called back to ask for a refund, I was told that I must be mistaken, and that it must have been something else I ate, which may have been true if not for my husband, who had eaten nothing else that day. I was offered coupons for more pizza's at a later date, after being told that there was no way their pizza could have made me sick, and that I was wrong. Between the three of us we order from this pizza establishment at least 4 times a month every month, and we consistently get the same thing, and yet my loyalty as a customer is nothing and my word is questioned.

I will not be ordering from them again for a very long time. It's not that I got food poisoning, I understand that these things happen, and mistakes are made. It's how I was treated, as though I was trying to get free food, and I was claiming something...

A couple weeks ago ordered a pizza at around 1am, was told the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour. At an hour and 20 minutes I called and asked what was going on, they asked for the phone number I gave them, I told them and they questioned me a few times asking if I was sure but then said the name it was under. Then they apologized and told me my pizza was on the way. After an hour and 40 I called again (angrier this time) it was someone else this time and they told me again my pizza was on the way (and we weren’t super far from there place). I asked if I could get a discount or it for free since it was pretty much double time and the second time I had to call, I was told they could not give any kind of discount because there wasn’t a manager. To which I responded “You can’t leave a note saying you had to give out a free pizza last night?” She said no again, and told me that if it comes cold to call her back, and that I could call in the morning when a manager was there to get a coupon. Not like she couldn’t write my information down and leave a message for the manager to contact me. Anyways the pizza never came, I no longer bothered to even try and call them back.

I had a second problem with them before a while ago with a pick order, and they had given us the wrong pizzas and didn’t know until we got home and then had to go back to get the right pizzas.

Wouldn’t recommend...
