Not authentic watches at all! Don’t shop from this website ✋ Please read my true feedback and the judgment is on you. I purchased my Omega watch through this website, and it wasn’t a good experience. The information and the picture that was shown weren’t complete and match with the description and the watch! And instead of providing good customer service They put their fault on the customer. I believe this kind of service is not acceptable at all. When I received my watch, it was absolutely shocking because first it wasn’t what I expected and second, it was defective, and the crown didn’t work and even came out too far. Besides that, they have zero customer service. They made me pay for my return shipping and deduct 10% stocking for the watch that I even didn’t open or use! We took the watch to the Omega store to check its authenticity and performance, and the retailer told me this is a defective product and that they should have provided us with the correct information, because the website and picture didn’t mention anything about the battery-operated model (old model), and the picture of the bottom of the watch. I also spoke with their manager and emphasized when people are paying a few thousand dollars for their purchase and shop with you, you need to check the item's accuracy and authenticity, and whether it is working properly or not and then ship it to the customer, but he rudely responded that this is not our responsibility. I’ve purchased multiple high end watches from AW and never understood why I didn’t receive the manufacturers warranties with the watches. On the other hand they gave me a 5 year warranty card. Well, I bought a BREITLING a few years back and within a year it stopped working. I never dropped it, I never banged it, and it’s part of my rotation and doesn’t get that much use. It stopped working within the first year or so. I sent it in under the warranty and they blamed me!! I didn't argue and paid a pretty penny to fix it and put it back in rotation. Well it happened again recently so I sent it back again. Unbelievably, they want another $750 blaming ME again!!! Completely unacceptable. Their warranties are WORTHLESS and frankly they are thieves. I will NEVER buy anything from them again and I've told the ten plus referrals I’ve given them to do the same. I’d rather spend the extra dollars and buy directly moving forward with a REAL warranty. I literally bought 6 or 7 plus high-end watches overt the years from them and that's what I get for being a good customer. F them. I'm sure their response to this review will be some excuse that their service department said it was damaged, etc. It wasn't.....The watch is a dud and was from the beginning. They don't honor the warranty. That simple. Don't buy their response. UPDATE. Went to Breitling. They said it wasn’t even broken that I was using the stopwatch and it was drawing the power. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Authentic Watches Company and would strongly advise everyone to stay away from them. Back in March of 2023, I eagerly put down a substantial deposit for a watch I had my eye on. Little did I know that this would be the start of a nightmare.

For the next three months, I never received any updates or communication from the company. It was only when I took the initiative to contact them myself that I discovered the shocking truth. They couldn't even locate the watch I had reserved! Instead of taking responsibility for their incompetence, without offering an apology and suggested refunding my deposit if I wanted to cancel.

The fact that Authentic Watches Company held onto my over $700 for three months without any notification or effort to fulfill my order is not just unprofessional, it's downright fraudulent. They essentially used my money as an interest-free loan while providing zero service in return. It's beyond disappointing to see a company operate in such an unethical manner.

I urge everyone to steer clear of Authentic Watches Company. This experience has left me feeling scammed and deeply dissatisfied. Save yourself the frustration and financial loss by choosing a reputable and trustworthy watch company that values its customers and delivers on its promises.
